Marble Mountain Chalet

Cette propriété est très unique. Il est construit sur une colline surplombant Byway Scenic 7. Il est un multi-niveaux avec deux entrées. Le Chalet a des zones ouvertes dans la LR, Salle à manger et cuisine. Couch / Queen Size lit gigogne pour 2 personnes et Love-Seat / Double Nombre de personnes lit gigogne 1. Lits superposés dormir 2. Escaliers raides qui mènent à l'étage supérieur où la chambre principale se trouve avec un lit Queen sommeil 2 et Master Bath. Une deuxième chambre avec un lit Queen Size pour 2 personnes.
Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes avec baignoire / douche un sur chaque niveau. Coin salon à l'étage avec rabattre lit double pour 2 et / ou un retrait de siège d'amour qui dort 1. Donc, cet espace va dormir 6 adultes et 4 enfants, préfèrent les enfants de 10 ans et plus pour des raisons de sécurité, en raison de la haute construction de la propriété. L'extérieur a beaucoup de passerelles et une terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz pour la cuisson sur. De beaux espaces pour des séances de photos. Beaucoup de stationnement à proximité de Chalet chambre pour les remorques si le transport de VTT ou motos.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at the Buffalo National River. Katherine’s Property was beautiful and very accommodating. We asked to check in early and she allowed us to do that as well. I would rate our stay 5 stars and we hope to be back again!

Great place!

Myself. My son and my husband syayed here for a few nights and enjoyed it very much. The home is cozy and clean with so many extra amenities, check in process was smooth, location is great. Would reccomend!

Close to hiking

Very unique house that is close to lots of hiking trails. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of room for all of the guests

Warm and inviting

We had the best time. We loved the lay out of the house, the over view was beautiful. I was super thankful for the comfortable beds and bed spreads. It was close to all our favorite hiking spots. We will definitely be back!

I totally enjoyed everything there. The only problem is it lists five bedrooms and there was only 3. It made it a little difficult with my group... But everything else was pleasant and so was the host

Good location to Harrison and Jasper

Place is right in middle of Jasper and Harrison opening up lots of food options. Some of the decks need some washing as they are pretty slick. Good size and close to other units if you have a group that wants to stay in same area.

House with character

Fun house....very clean and very welcoming...road in front of house poorly maintained and not good for your vehicle. Did not realize homes on street were were so close together..The house itself was great.

Overall nice VRBO. We were surprised when arrived at the location that there were so many houses so close together. The pictures that I seen online made seem to have more privacy. House was very well stocked with all the comforts of home. I had trouble getting up all the steep stairs inside and outside of the house, people booking in future need to be aware of difficult stairs if they are older or have disabilities. Not recommended for people with small children.

Thanks for the review… in the description is does mention the steep stair inside. This is a 2 story A Frame chalet. Very unique tree house design. There are not any steep stairs outside. Long layered walkways 3 steps on each level. Top entrance has no stairs.

Beautiful Setting

We loved being in the heart of the Ozarks- trees and mountains as far as you could see! Close to Buffalo river- couldnt float but had an awesome swim! Went to Eureka Springs, CosmicCaverns, explored our area, and hung out in this comfortable chalet, grilling, cooking food and playing games- Very relaxing!!

Amazing guests! They left the chalet so clean I could hardly tell anyone had stayed there especially for 4 nights. I look forward to them coming back again and hopefully the weather will be better for riding our beautiful highways and byways.

Fabulous!!!

Everything I needed was at my fingertips!!! I appreciate Kathy’s organization and keen eye to detail. The chalet was so cozy and comfortable. Very clean and I just loved how the chalet was decorated!!! GREAT VIEW and beautifully decorated planters with flowers. I definetly want to use Kathy’s idea of repurposing old furniture. I left the chalet with plenty of ideas. Thanks again for EVERYTHING!!! Also the brownies were delicious!!!

Great Retreat in the Hills of Arkansas

The chalet is a fantastic place in the hills of Arkansas. It has all your necessities and is a cozy place to stay. Katherine was a great host. The breakfast platter in the fridge was such a nice surprise. We were there for a family function in the area, and we will definitely recommend staying there again if we are in area.

Everything we needed was provided.

This home was perfect for the five adults in our group. The owner met us at the house, and had provided everything we could possibly want during our visit, including plenty of towels, brochures for local sights, and even food for breakfast! We had a very enjoyable time at our Marble Mountain Chalet!

Truly a home away from home!

My family spent 3 nights at the Chalet and couldn't have been more surprised or pleased at how well Katherine has thought out taking care of her visitors! The place is roomy, clean and and full of everything one could need during the stay. She lives close by and makes her number available in case you need her. Wager/dryer/detergent/toiletries were all there! We were amazed at the hospitality we were shown. She even brought us the most delicious pan of brownies!! For things to do you can take a quick 10 minute drive to a swimming hole, 5 minute drive to the beautiful caverns, 15 minute drive to Harrison where you can shop all day at the stores. Be sure to check out the Bent and Dent store ran by local Menonites! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. And I hope we're able to come back!

I don’t really understand this review…Marble Mountain Chalet is a beautiful home, completely redecorated and updated. It was super clean when our guests arrived. Full of amenities and extras. I have over 700 5 Star reviews on Airbnb as a Superhost. This chalet has always been a Guest Favorite.

Hello, I own Buffalo River Rentals located on Scenic 7 Byway in Newton County, Marble Falls, Arkansas. Newton County is in the Heart of the Majestic Ozark Mountains. I have lived in the Ozarks for more than 50 years. I have raised my 2 children here and now enjoy my 8 Grand Daughters and 1 Grandson that live in Harrison. Marble Mountain Chalet is Located half-way between Harrison, AR and Jasper, AR this property is very conveniently located for so many things to see and do in the Ozarks. It was part of the Dogpatch USA Theme Park that was popular from 1972-1992. The park is no longer open to the public but all the memories are still there! We are also only 45 minutes from Branson, MO and under 10 minutes to the Buffalo National River. Explore all that the Buffalo River Country has to offer such as hiking trails, exploring caves, float trips, majestic waterfalls and viewing wildlife of all kind including the Amazing Elk! You can just relax or do everything you have always wanted to do while seeing and visiting some of the most amazing sites in the country! I hope I get to meet you, your family and friends soon and share all of the natural wonders of the Ozark Mountains that I have enjoyed for so many years! Come Stay With US!

This property is very unique. It is built on a hillside overlooking Scenic Hwy 7. It is multi-level with two entrances. The Chalet has open areas in the LR, Dining and Kitchen. Love-Seat/Twin Pull-Out Bed sleeps 1. Bunk Beds sleep 2. Steep Stairs that lead to the upper floor where the Master Bedroom is located with a Queen Size Bed sleep 2 and Master Bath. A second Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed sleeps 2. There are bathrooms with tub/shower combination on both levels. Sitting area with fold down double futon bed. This Chalet will sleep a total of 8 guests, children under the age 10 will need to be closely supervised for safety reasons, due to the high construction of the property. The outside has lots of walkways and a deck with a gas BBQ grill for cooking out . Beautiful areas for photo ops.

You will have access to the entire house. Streaming TV, Free Wi-Fi, Netflix and Guests Apps. There is a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. You also have access to an outside cooking and eating area. Plenty of parking. There will be helpful brochures in the house of local attractions, shopping and dining.

We have a beautiful and relaxing fire-pit located a short distance from the chalet, We furnish the wood and the starter fluid. Surrounded with beautiful views, Stars, Nature and Flowers. Peaceful and Relaxing. We also supply fixing for Smores'
