A perfect vacation home for two families! The layout offered plenty of sleeping space and nice areas to relax and play games. It was very easy to access the beach. The pool was a great spot for a dip after the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed every minute of our visit this year. The house has been beautifully updated and is lovely! The convenience of the location and the layout of the home itself make it just about perfect. The kitchen has everything you need as we cooked several nights. Comfort and plenty of room! Excellent!!!!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect with plenty of space and room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The location is very nice and quiet with easy access to a private beach. The back patio and pool was very relaxing after a long day on the beach.

Great house for a family vacation at the beach! Quiet neighborhood, private backyard, lots of space for games and activities. Easy beach access. We appreciate that linens and towels are provided, saves us a lot of space in our cars!

Prime time location

The location was perfect, and check in was easy. Mary was responsive. The kitchen was tight and the pool deck area could have had a blower for guests to use.

Excellent location!

The location of this house is excellent! Less than a 2 min walk just across the street for access path to beach. Very easy walk for all ages to get to the beach. The house was very comfortable for our family of 8 including teens and younger. The kitchen was well stocked and pool was refreshing.

Great location! Beach was a 5 minute walk. House was great and really gives you the beach house vibes. Check-in was a breeze! My final rating would be 10 stars out of 5 if I could! Thanks for everything!

Best time with family and friends!

The space in this beach home is awesome! From 6-70 years old, we all had plenty of room to play or rest or play cards or read! The kitchen was well equipped for family dinners and the pool was great with a lovely shady live oak near by. The beach is a short walk and even on July 4th not too crowded. We have already booked for next year!

Big house with a great location

This house was a wonderful stay for two different families. Very close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. The house and pool were very clean and any issues were easily taken care of and were promptly responded to. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately to any request we had and check on us regularly.

Great location with pool

This was a last minute booking for our family of 5. There had been only 1 review previously but turned out to be a great spot for our family. The house - while older - has great space. The pool and natural back yard were the gems of this place. Also the short walk to the much less crowded Folly Fields beach access was so easy.

Had a great time in spite of the horrible humidity. I am from NC so I'm used to it.I loved the quiet neighborhood and close walk to the beach. I loved the fenced in pool area and the beautiful old tree in the back yard. I loved that it was pet friendly. The week went by to fast. We will hopefully be coming back to this house.

The property was clean! The description of the walk to the beach was accurate. It was 5 minutes. When we first arrived the pool was not in good condition. However, there had been a storm, and it was ready to go the mext day!! Very pleased with everything.

We were thrilled with this home for our family of 8. There was enough space for everyone and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The home was nice and modern overall. We enjoyed the two separate common spaces as it gave the kids a space to hang. The kitchen was slightly understocked for what we are accustomed to, but we made do. The pool was very nice and the beach is very close! It was easy for my two parents over 70 to walk to. The tree in the backyard is stunning! The only thing I would like to see is some outdoor lights that can be turned on when the sun goes out. My family likes to spend evenings outdoors and in the pool, but the only light was on the upper deck and it was a motion light that kept going off at times. Other than that we had a wonderful time! We would love to come back and stay in this home again.
