The property was overall very accommodating to our needs. It is a dated residence, but it was nice. This was my first stay at a vacation rental instead of another type of stay; make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, and extra towels. You are either charged for them or you will need to buy them. The location was easy access to 192.
Spacious house , enough room for our family , close to places we needed to go. Easy access , clear instructions by owner . Suggestions: ,cooking pans are old , chipping , not safe for cooking . Plastic utensils are not heat resistant . Curtains in the kitchen and at the back need update . Needs better cleaning . Overall it was a good stay though .
Overall the property was ok. It was spacious but the layout details weren't accurate. Theres no room with 2 double beds and the King bed is not in a room by itself. There are several cosmetic problems on the property as well. A soft spot in the floor upstairs in front of the air conditioner return vent could have led to a serious injury. The refrigerator leaks water causing the floor to be wet which could have also led to injury. The oven didnt work, there was a large bubbled spot on the counter top, the dryer didnt work, there were no extra sheets, blankets, or towels. There were stickers stuck to the door frame on the bathroom upstairs that came off a hat someone who stayed previously had stuck there that werent seen during the unit cleaning before our stay. That sums up the unit issues but for someone looking to stay here, there needs to be a more direct explanation of the no blocking the sidewalk policy. One of the cars in our party was 4" inches on to the sidewalk and was nearly towed without the courtesy of even a knock. It had been there 17 minutes, reported by security, and loaded on the wrecker when another member in our party pulled in and stopped it. No warning, no courtesy knock to inform anyone of the towing, nothing! They would have woke up and their car gone with no paperwork to show for it or knowledge of where it was to be taken. A complete money grab between the security company and the towing company. In a court of law, it would be considered grand theft.
