We loved our time in Mexico City at Luis Felipe's place. The apartment was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The location was excellent for walking to all the sights and restaurants. We enjoyed the rooftop gym and pool so much. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. Spent so much time walking the neighborhoods and park, and hanging out at the local cafes and restuarants. Great place to return to and relax with the family. We would have loved to swim at the roof top pool, but we spent most of our time in tge neighborhood. Fantastic location! Loved it and hope yo visit again.

This is a great location for those that want to be within walking distance of the action, but also want some retreat space. It is between 2 parks that provide outdoor relaxation and the rooftop pool was an amazing space to relax and reenergize.If you have mobility limitations, Uber was a great way to get around for the more distant locations.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make our trip to Mexico City trouble free. The photos and description were accurate, communication with host was easy and the location was perfect. We didn't get a change to swim in the pool or use the gym because we were busy exploring this wonderful city.

Everything at this property was exactly what we needed! The layout was perfect for our family of four - including 2 teenage daughters.The rooftop pool, patio and gym were very well maintained and a perfect escape from the city. I would definitely book this property again!

Luis was absolutely amazing and we had a great stay at his apartment. The pool was fantastic and the location was perfect. Luis even got our daughter a colouring book which was a hit. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

After exploring central Mexico City, we can confidently say this is exactly where you want to stay. The location is fantastic. Step outside and you'll find wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we wanted/needed. The neighborhood is beautiful, and very walkable. The apartment was exactly as advertised and comfortably accommodated our group of four. It's spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a large living room, comfortable bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and all the amenities.Luis is a wonderful host. He's responsive in answering questions and provides excellent recommendations for restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are also helpful guidebooks in the apartment.We always felt safe. The residential building has 24-hour security, with a friendly doorperson greeting you in the lobby, day or night. An elevator provides easy access to the fourth floor. The heated rooftop pool and small gym are great bonuses.This apartment checks every box: location, comfort, amenities, security, and an outstanding host. He provided some nice gifts when we left. This is about as good as it gets.

It was fine but there was not warm or hot water in the shower also no drinking water in the apartment. When we went to use the pool, there was a cover on it and an event going on. He apologized for the water situation.

Dear Christin, It's a shame to read the comments you left about your stay. Let me quickly share something with you: I've been working as a host for 10 years, and not because I depend on it financially. My friends encouraged me to do it. Everything done in the apartment is supervised by me and done with love and dedication. The hot water problem was beyond my control. You notified me 24 hours after it happened, and I couldn't help you. The apartment has a reverse osmosis purified water system with 5 filters. I offered to welcome you, and you said it wasn't necessary. You wanted to use the pool after 9 pm, a time when the pool is no longer available for the safety of the residents and to maintain its temperature. I hope this information is enough for you to understand that the 3 stars you gave me are unjustified. I am at peace and proud of my work and dedication to my guests. I wish you and your family all the best in life. By the way, I never mentioned in your review the general mess they left in the apartment!

Luis Felipe's place was modern and well stocked. Lovely to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Host was fantastic on communication with us as well. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. There were little added touches such as a small cart for groceries, a fist aid kit, and laundry detergent that were really convenient. The location was great, with so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, a 24/7 convenient store Nextdoor, and park across the street. We cannot wait to go back to Mexico City.

Will stay again

As a family of four, we had a very nice stay here and will come back again if we get the chance. We used the upstairs a lot, and the building security was reliable. Added benefit of a well-stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. Very close walking distance to parks and grocery store. The city was incredible! Highly recommend.

Great things about our stay: Our host was a fantastic communicator from the day we made our reservation until we checked out. Every detail was covered and if we had any questions he responded almost immediately! Anytime, day or night. The location can’t be beat. Condesa is our favorite and all the parks, cafes and shops are literally RIGHT there! This apartment is right in the heart of Condesa. The apartment is modern and spacious and the building has great amenities. Rooftop pool area is beautiful!Everything is well stocked for an extended stay…we didn’t even have to get our own laundry detergent or anything. Really recommend, and the price is right too. Thanks!!

Luis was very welcoming and suggested a fantastic local restaurant that we really enjoyed. His place is a perfect location and has a great layout. There were just two of us, but would be very comfortable for 4 people. Check in was easy and we liked having a door lock with a code so we didn’t have to worry about keys. There is also a reverse osmosis filter on the drinking water tap, which was really helpful. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect for us. I highly recommend Luis as a host and his place as a perfect base for your CDMX adventure!
