Here, you'll find everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors! If you're skiing you'll have access to our ski lift. If you're here to hike, mountain bike, visit the shops on Historic Main Street or relax in our hot tub and take in the sites, we've got you covered.

The resort is at a high elevation of 7000 ft.



Ski rentals are available through Aloha Ski and Sport. Owners and guests receive an exclusive 20% discount when they pre-book rentals (discount not available Dec. 24 - Jan. 1).



Pets are not permitted.



Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.



No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.



This is a non smoking resort.



The Neighborhood:

One of the best parts of Park City is that everything is within walking distance. Or you can take a trolly ride! The whole vibe in Park City will make you feel like it's the perfect mountain town! Between the mining heritage, an artistic energy and a love for the outdoors, Park City has certainly figured out how to balance luxury and comfort. There are plenty of different types of restaurants on Park City's Historic Main Street and beyond. If you want drinks visit the High West Distillery and Saloon. Between the winter slopes (Winter Olympics were held here), state parks and the mountains in the summer there are plenty of options for hiking, mountain biking, fishing and camping and more!

Getting Around:

Very limited parking available. Limit one vehicle per suite. The cost is $20 per day. The resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.



In-town transportation may be arranged with Guest Services or on-site concierge.

Other Things to Note:

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.

If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.



Interaction with Guests:

Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days (prices subject to change without notice)
