This is a cozy apartment on the second floor of a big old house built in 1886. There are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Everyone enters the front door into the foyer, but each apartment is private and self-contained. Apartment 2 has one bedroom with a queen bed (and an air bed if needed), dresser, living room with TV and eating table, full kitchen, a quirky little bathroom with a shower (no tub), and central heat and air. Please note that the apartment is accessed by stairs to the porch and in the foyer. It is not wheelchair accessible.

We have everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Smoking outside only. We are also in a GREAT neighborhood with dog parks, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, and a grocery store. All are within walking distance. We are also near the Rivermarket, Simmons Bank Arena, The Hall music venue, Central High School (look it up!), the Clinton Library and School of Public Service, Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, and so much more.

Pets are more than welcome (with no extra fee!), but you are required to let us know when you book if you will have a pet with you.

We are hands-off hosts. We'll send the entry codes on the day of your arrival and respond to any requests. Otherwise, we let you do your thing. But please let us know if any issues arise so we can accommodate you as soon as possible!
