The property was great, very close to the national park. Several food options nearby, even though itâs such a small town. Iâd recommend the Red Dirt Diner & Hatch Station. The hosts were great and very accommodating, as well.
We had a great time biking in the canyons. Close to both Red Canyon and Bryce. It was comfortable and had good beds. No air conditioning as stated in the listing but it cooled off at night so the sleeping was good.
This stay could not have been better. The place was clean, quiet, private and adorably decorated. It had everything we needed. Plenty of parking and hammocks to watch the stars at night. The neighbors were kind and the town was quaint. Itâs in the best location. Half an hour from Duck Creek in one direction (where we rented an ATV and had a blast,) and half an hour from Bryce Canyon. Fifteen minutes from Mossy Cave Trail- a simple hike with minimal effort and maximum reward with a great waterfall to play in. I couldnât speak more highly of this laid back and affordable spot. Word to the wise, remember the liquor laws in Utah, and bring your own beer if you have the option. ;)
Short 25 mile very scenic drive from Bryce Canyon. We enjoyed the drive every time we made it. The views in Hatch are incredibly beautiful in there own right. Hatch is a small town but has a gas station with essentials right next to the rental property and the Red Dirt Diner has delicious food if you don't feel like cooking one night. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's very clean and homie. Our stay was quite and feelt secluded even though the lot isn't far from the main road through town. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if I want to take my kids to Bryce and Zion.
Usually I wait until the stay is over. This one, I wanted to review the first night. Here's why. It's completely private. The home is ultra clean, even the extra blanket at the end of the bed! The floors are so clean we didn't feel we needed to wear the house shoes we brought, that we wear in hotels, because it was so clean. The owner has thought of everything! A nightstand with a lamp by each side of the bed. Plenty of towels and linens. Heaters in every room. Roku tvs. Plenty of dishes. (We didn't cook but it looked like there was enough for meal making). Hot, strong, shower. The shower is also a bathtub. Wifi supported tvs and phones. Fans in almost every room to help keep air circulating. A "leather" sofa, which we much prefer to a fabric one. So clean we didn't even feel we needed to wipe it down! Super clean refrigerator and freezer. We debated where to stay because we wanted to be able to bounce between Bryce and Zion. THIS IS THE PLACE. King bed. Queen bed and full sofa bed. 1 bath. But across the highway (and we crossed it on foot many times) is a hotel that may work if you have a large group and need a headquarters. Kade's Country Cabin is IT! Plenty of linens. Washer/dryer worked perfectly. If you're wondering where to stay, this is the place! Diner across the street is amazing as well! Out of all the places we stayed on our trip, this was our very favorite!
Very clean and convenient little house, perfect place to stay when visiting Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome, etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels. We loved eating in the sunny kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
Situated between Bryce and Zion worked well for us. Clean and comfortable, though right next to gas station. Not much open because early in the season.
