Urban Retreat near Wake Forest & Downtown WS

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is convenietly located to Wake Forest and Downtown Winston Salem. Home features a lovely sunroom overlooking the fenced back yard to watch children or pets. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a gas stove.This home has a very open floor plan and room to spread out. The kitchen is equipped for the cook with all the spices and bakeware needed.
As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! Our minimum age requirement is 25 in order to rent this property.
•No Parties - If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- No Smoking in the house
- 2 Pet Maximum - Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
- Please strip bed linens and place linens and towels by Laundry.
- Start first load of laundry (towels) upon departure
- Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.
- Feel free to use the grill but pull away from house and please recover once cool and place back.
- Please acknowledge that we or past guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- If your stay is long enough to fill up your garbage receptcle then please take the receptcle to street side. on Thursday evening for a early am Friday morning trash pick up and return receptcle back to the proper location.
- Do not rearrange the furniture
- Do not disconnect and reconnect cabling from the TV or any other electronic devices.

Lastly, because this is an Vacation rental community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and our things.
