This expansive unit features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for groups, families, or friends. The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining space, and a comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each of the four king bedrooms offers ample space and comfort, while the fifth bedroom features two queen beds—perfect for larger groups.

o 2 bathrooms are ensuite, with the remaining bathrooms accessible from the hall

o All bathrooms feature walk-in showers



The living room offers a large 65` TV, and each bedroom is equipped with a 55` TV for your entertainment. The unit also includes a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.



Rooftop Pool and Hot Tub

Our building features a shared rooftop pool and hot tub, open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (weather permitting). Please note, the pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. The rooftop area offers sweeping views of the city, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

While we do not offer on-site parking, there are two public parking facilities directly below the property, with rates typically between $20–30 per day. These options include:

• ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot) for overflow or oversized vehicles



Pet-Friendly Policy

We understand that pets are part of the family. Our rental is pet-friendly for a fee of $135 per stay (max 2 pets). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there`s a grassy park across the street for walks.

• Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee:

o 12pm arrival – $300

o 2pm departure – $200

o Late departure of 12pm – $200 (extra 2 hours)
