This New Orleans vacation rental is ideal for groups, families, or friends. The space features:
* 4 bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms (3 with tub/shower combos, 1 with a shower only)
* A fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking meals or quick snacks
* A comfortable living room with a 65” TV and queen-size sleeper sofa
* Bedrooms equipped with 55” TVs and streaming capabilities for your entertainment
* Washer and dryer (stacked units) for added convenience
* Clothing steamer available for use
* Rooftop Pool and Hot Tub
Enjoy breathtaking views of the city from the rooftop pool and hot tub, open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting. The pool is unheated, and swimming is at your own risk. Please note, this area is designated as non-smoking.

Traveling with a furry friend? We’re pet-friendly with an additional fee of $135 per stay (maximum of 2 pets). A designated pet relief area is available on the 9th floor, terrace and there’s also a grassy park across the street. Be sure to notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
