Huge Oceanfront Penthouse w/ Great Amenities

The Space:
3200+ square foot direct oceanfront penthouse condominium comprising the entire oceanfront section of the top floor. This is a rare Ocean City vacation rental that offers five bedrooms, three full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a ton of interior and exterior living space. The living area features a spacious living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area, bar, fully-equipped kitchen and a half-bathroom. There is a large, private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The large oceanfront master bedroom is nicely furnished and features a king-sized bed, television, beautifully renovated ensuite full-bathroom with a soaking tub and a private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a television. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a television. The fifth bedroom features two twin beds and a television. The third full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. The condo’s end-unit location maximizes the views throughout the condo and lets in a lot of nice, natural light for an open feel. Building amenities include direct beach access, a large indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, game room, outside shower, onsite parking, multiple elevators and security. Restaurants, shopping and more are all within walking distance. This is oceanfront vacationing at its best. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Building registration fee of $75 upon guest arrival covers one parking space and amenity access. Additional parking spaces are available through the building on a first come, first served basis for $10 per day or $55 for a week. This condo is located on the twentieth floor. License #87716

General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

great beach vacation

Really liked the location and the size of the property. Easily accommodated 7 adults and 2 young children. Nice big open areas for all to gather and have space. Truly ocean front with balcony looking directly down on ocean. Management left a note that the property will be completely renovated in the off-season. It needs it. If they do it right, it can be fabulous.

Beware of maintainable issues

This location is a 10+! However I had an open case with te unit as there are many issues that needs immediate fixing!! Filthy and stained carpet for one (in a penthouse???) Beds literally falling apart with broken frames in several of the bedrooms. If it weren’t for the3 issues, it would be fabulous. Can’t beliieve previous guests didn’t say anything (although they may have and no work was down to handle it).

Family vacation in Ocean City MD.

We loved it and want to stay again. Opportunities: - The bed in room near kitchen was broken - The bed in Queen room needs repair - The deck chairs were dirty - The patio doors were not clean - The AC worked great the first day, however you could not really feel it in the family room and other rooms except the master bedroom after that day - TV only in one of the children’s room - Hot tub in master room not working What was great: - [ ] The location and access to beach - [ ] the space of the condo. Fit all of us perfectly - [ ] The parking directly at front entrance. We could have used an additional parking space for 11 people. My niece and her husband had to park a block away with their 2 young children - [ ] The decks overlooking the beach - [ ] The access to the amenities of the hotel next door - [ ] Having bins to move belongings - [ ] Indoor pool - [ ] Game room, although you had to pay for the games - [ ] Everyone was friendly - [ ] The condo is beautiful and with the renovations that will take place to modernize it, it will be a perfect place to stay!!
