Owner communication was fantastic. Check in details were provided ahead of arrival. All check in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Accommodations were great. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. The unit had a washer/dryer, full kitchen with cooking essentials, patio and was dog friendly which was perfect for us during this stay.We had a great stay and would gladly return if we are in the area again.

The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect, close to downtown and not too far from 75. The only issue that I had during my stay was a little hiccup with the entry code (was sent the wrong one initially) and the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and I would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

This place was amazing to stay in. Very clean and comfortable. Downtown was very close by!! Nice and quiet atmosphere. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in the metro Detroit area.

quiet relaxation

the apartment is very nice all furniture was very comfy. the kitchen was stocked with all necessary items to cook a full meal. the beds were absolutley amazing very very soft. if i were to make a suggestion please add small tvs to the bedrooms and this place would be absolutley perfect. the hosts are very responsive and accomodating we absolutley loved this stay and will come back again

Great experience

Property was clean and just how it looked in the photos. Beds were very soft(borderline too soft). We arrived after dark, the check in instructions were very clear and property was easy to access. The host responded quickly to all of my pre-arrival questions. The location was close to downtown Rochester. We have a daughter at a local college and this was the most comfortable visit we've had. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thank you!

Unfortunately, this was not the 3-night stay we had hoped for. The first night, the bed broke (the wood framing just cracked!). We went to the second bed, but that bed too, had an unstable middle support. I asked for help with the situation and didn't really receive a good reply on what to do with the broken bed, we decided to leave. We reasonably asked for only 2 nights' refund and were willing to pay for 1 night, the cleaning, and the VRBO fee. No response from the owner, not even to say no. I had several calls with VRBO, who said that they didn't receive any response either. I am really disappointed that the owner chose not to respond to my request at all. All I can say, is buyer beware.

We did communicate with Vrbo regarding the reservation and worked through the matter in accordance with the platform’s policies.
