Amazing Sugarhouse Cottage Walk To 9th & 9th

The space
Coast down the quiet street of 1000 East — just blocks from one of our main freeways and the city’s largest park — to this darling 1923 Sugarhouse bungalow. You’ll love your temporary home where modern finishes blend with timeless details. Beyond the front door you’ll find warmth in a decorative fireplace and couches you can readily sink into. A few steps further offers a spot for peaceful conversation while you put your feet up. The kitchen is a cozy little area central to the home, filled with dinnerware, serving dishes, baking needs, pantry staples, coffee convenience, and other helpful tools an often lacks. At the back of the home sits an attention-grabbing family room with a double recliner couch, large TV, games and puzzles for memory making fun! Feel free to enjoy dinner on the patio in our gorgeous Utah weather.

The winding basement staircase takes you to three more bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, and fun little play area with foosball table. The bedrooms include twin and full sized beds, and one has a nook you can climb up into and hide away playing, building with blocks, reading, or dreaming the day away while you recline on pillows in a forest of tall birch trees. You may even spot a little mouse reading quietly by candlelight in his tiny hole!

You will have the freedom to use all living spaces of the entire home! 2 living areas, kitchen, game area, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, and a back deck and fenced-in yard. Off street parking accommodates two vehicles or a vehicle plus one trailer/camper.
Other things to note
Because we frequently have guests with extreme allergies, pets are unfortunately not permitted. Evidence of visiting pets or any damage caused by them will result in a fine.
