WindSong is a new listing with additional details and photos coming as soon as the re-decorating and re-furnishing is completed. There are 5 bedrooms in total, three up and two down. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - a King bedroom with a full ensuite, a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a single over single bed & a third single trundle bed. The second full bathroom is located just off the main entry.

The open concept kitchen/dining/living area has AC and overlooks the water through huge windows and patio doors, with a large deck across the entire front. There is seating for 11 between the dining table and 3 island stools. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a fireplace and gorgeous views. The full laundry room is off the main entry.

The lower level is a full walk-out with large windows and patio doors. It has a king and queen bedroom, full bathroom and a large air conditioned family area - complete with comfy furniture, a large TV, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink and microwave), a ping-pong table, a games table and desk area.

WindSong offers both sunny and covered furnished decks, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, smart TV’s, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a propane BBQ and a bonfire pit. Guests have easy and quick access to the common dock next door.
