The Grand Luxxe, part of Vidanta Resort Collection, has a modern boutique resort feel in tropical setting conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Cancun Airport (CUN) and situated between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
The Junior Villa features one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a living room with a sleeper sofa, private deck, and two TVs.

They do have a small grocery store on the property that you can purchase food but they don't offer an all-inclusive food option. All expenses will be billed to your room and you pay when you check out. They offer an option to prepay your expenses. You pay $950 and receive an additional $100 as a credit. Use $1,050 at check out for any of your expenses. Non-Refundable. Call Vidanta with your reservation number to prepay before you arrive. Must be paid before check-in.

One of our favorite stops is outside dining at the Nektar Yucatan Grill.
Guests may arrange and confirm tee times at the Pro Shop or Concierge Desk for a round at the Jack Nicklaus Designed 18-hole golf course (green fees not included).

And while staying at the Bliss I would recommend you take in the Vidanta partnered JOYÀ Cirque du Soleil spectacular show held at the Vidanta Resort stage which includes a 3-course meal tailor-designed to mirror the magic that is Cirque del Soleil.

The Vidanta Riviera Maya is located on the Yucatan Peninsula, in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. It’s approximately 30 minutes from the Cancún airport, in between Cancún and Playa del Carmen, seated in the lush Mayan jungle. Getting around: With your stay at the Vidanta Resort Bliss, the pools and beach are steps away for those who need or want assistance on the property there is a golf-cart shuttle runs approx. every 5 mins and will get you where you need to be. For those who prefer walking - the walkways provide a beautiful scenic tropical and/or golf course views.
This Vidanta property provides local shuttle and on-site concierge can arrange cab or other local transportation arrangements.

Ground Transportation: For $18 per person you can book your transportation with the resort at least one week in advance. Transportation to Vidanta Riviera Maya is provided by Cancún Bay. When you get through customs at the airport, look for a driver wearing navy pants and a blue shirt with a Cancún Bay logo, carrying a sign for your resort hotel.
You will have to pay for the return shuttle ride to the airport and can register the trip with the concierge. Note: Passports are required for anyone traveling to Mexico, including children. When you pass through Immigration, the officer will give you a portion of your immigration form. Please keep this in a safe place—we recommend inside your passport—since you will need this upon departure from Mexico. We take great care to create safe, healthy environments for our members.

They will offer prizes/money/trips for you to sit through a timeshare presentation. Unless you want to spend 4-6 hours listening to them hard sell you a timeshare, I would not go. You are much better off buying your week on VRBO and enjoying your vacation!
