Pour 8 ou plusieurs suites de maĂźtre avec salle de bains -Deux adultes, Ă  l'Ă©tage, Master 1 a un king size, des matelas, et le maĂźtre de deux dispose d'un matelas queen oreiller de taille. Descendre les escaliers dispose de deux chambres sĂ©parĂ©es avec lits queen et une salle de bain partagĂ©e. Accueil dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires, cuisine complĂšte, barbecue en plein air et une laverie. Profitez de la vue de la riviĂšre qui coule devant la maison Ă  quelques pieds loin de la cuisine du salon ou de la terrasse de 1500 pieds carrĂ©s. DĂ©tendez-vous prĂšs du feu de camp en plein air ou profiter de votre cafĂ© du matin sous le pont couvert que vous prenez dans les images et les sons de la riviĂšre. Regardez les aigles attraper du poisson ou de la perche sur les arbres en face de la maison. Our family of 10 (consisting of 7 twenty somethings and 3 fifty somethings) had an amazing time at this spacious house conveniently located on the Kenai River. The check in process was easy; communication with Kevin and Jill was thorough and prompt. They came by the house on our first day for a few minutes and were really lovely to visit with. Fishing from the dock was so convenient and allowed us to catch so many more fish than we might have otherwise. The view from the deck was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee or evening wine while watching the river flow by. The kitchen was fully stocked with most common (and some not so common) spices and condiments. The house is also convenient for grocery/shopping/ restaurants...The only "issue" we had was 6 people sharing one bathroom downstairs; that was easily remedied by people coming upstairs to use one of the other bathrooms... just less convenient. Overall, we had a great time with family and are already planning our next trip for 2027.

Bucket list trip to the Kenai Peninsula

The owners have obviously given a lot of thought to hosting guests. The home suited our family’s (of 10, aged 7 to 73) needs very well. We caught Sockeye directly off the dock and enjoyed some family meals on the expansive deck. The location allowed us some great adventures around the Peninsula.

This House was Amazing and had the best that Soldotna has to offer. The stairs down to a wonderful fishing platform right on the Kenai River was my favorite!

Wedding stay

We had a group of 8 "seniors". The property fit our needs perfectly; the access to the wedding venue was very easy, the bedding was very comfortable and the view outstanding! Kevin was a gracious and accommodating host who was readily available in case we encountered any issues, which we did not. Check out was a breeze! BEAUTIFUL DECK!

Awesome House with Lots of room for entire family

Could not have enjoyed the stay more. Everything was perfect. Centrally located in the peninsula. Near town for everything you could need. Impeccable view over the flowing river.

Family fishing trip.

Excellent property with a great owner! Easily the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. It was well equipped with everything you could ever want or need for an Alaskan salmon fishing trip. Fishing off the dock was a bit tricky for some in the group but we caught plenty of fish.

Kenai River Trip

What an amazing property, the photos do not do this location justice. Beautiful home with ample room for a large family. The fishing platform on the river is an amazing place to spend time. Especially when the Sockeye are in thick, like they were for our trip. :)

Home away from home in Soldotna on the Kenai River.!

The home was perfect for our group of 10. The home and property were well attended and we all felt comfortable there. An unusual storm blew in where 7-15 foot waves were predicted on the ocean, which kept us from going halibut fishing one day. During this storm, trees were blown down in Soldotna and surrounding area, leaving a large power outage. Our group is from Idaho and we could manage without electicity while wating for the power company to get to our area. Once the owner and his wife realized it was not going to be restored within the day, they came to the home we were renting immeidately. Putting a plan in action to make us as comfortable as possible. They brought a generator and extra necessitites. Within 24 hours the power was up and going. It was a delight to meet them. We will be going back to Alaska. Good times with friends and family....and fun fishing for Kings, silvers, halibut, rockfish, ect. One of the funnest trips we have ever taken.

Family Fishing Trip

Great Location on Kenai! Family had fun relaxing - watching the bald eagles and fishing!! It is a lot of stairs - but worth the effort! Host was super responsive and the house/deck was great!

Fantastic Stay!

This was by far our favorite place we stayed on our 10-day Alaskan adventure. The house was perfectly appointed and had everything plus more we needed. Our only negative is that we didn’t stay longer! The river was amazing, the Eagles were stunning. We will be back!

So Relaxing and spacious!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Kevin was a great host and had terrific communication with us. The house was so roomy and so cozy. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and near the river. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores and breweries. Great for families and we would love to stay here again!

Family Memories Made on the Kenai

What a wonderful stay our family party of six had at the Fraley’s home on the Kenai River. The home has a spacious, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a spacious family room, and large deck, with several areas to sit and enjoy the river view. We enjoyed the propane heater on the deck and the large, gas grill. The house is well-situated in a quiet neighborhood in Soldotna with easy access to stores and highways. Our fishermen enjoyed fishing for salmon for the first time. They are skilled fishermen in the Midwest, but fishing for salmon was a challenge, if you follow the fishing regulations on limits and snagging fish. The dock area by the Kenai River is as described, including excellent railings up the steps from the river, but be aware that there are sixty, steep steps from the dock to the house. The kitchen and two main bedrooms and family room are all on one level which was very convenient for us. However, the main level is only accessible via the deck or through the downstairs level. This was difficult for one of our older family members. Kevin communicated so well with us. He called us before our stay to make sure we understood how to get there and answered any questions we had about the home. Since we were arriving late into the evening, he even made sure that outside lights were left on, so we could locate the house easily. We appreciated the helpful hints and expectations he left in a binder at the house. No wonder the house is in such excellent shape. We appreciate the care that the Fraleys take to maintain such a gem on the Kenai!

Amazing home

This is by far one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at in the last several years. Immaculately clean and every area was stocked well with all necessary items. The location on the river was perfect with amazing views. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Communication with the owner was easy and fast.

Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful time at this great home in a beautiful setting! Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, etc for lots of cooking! Very comfortable beds! It was a beautiful house with amazing scenery. The owners were so nice and helpful.

The house was perfect for a family get together of 11. The house fit our every need. It was so beautiful to sit at the kitchen table and look out onto the river. The outside porch was great as well. We enjoyed the fire pit and the owners were so nice and helpful. We definitely recommend this house! Outstanding!!

Fantastic VRBO Soldotna AK Experience

We were there for 3 nights right on the bank of the Kenai River in Soldotna. The town center was 5 minutes away. The VRBO was a great experience on its own. We had a wonderful time.

The perfect place to get away. We are right on the best part of the Kenai River! The beauty is beyond explanation. So many things to do... Fishing, cooking, eating, relaxing, napping, kayaking, hiking, and so much more!! There is no need to drive anywhere, everything is right here at your front door! Make a picnic lunch and make a fire in the fire pit. Watch the eagles pick fish right out of the water from the kitchen window, the living room or the deck. Catch salmon (in season) or trout all year long. This is a great place to bring your whole family with plenty of room to spare! 1 King and 3 queen beds and lots of couch and floor space too! Laundry and freezer space are on site too.
