A cozy, modern retreat with everything you'd need to curl up with a good book, laugh for hours with friends over a warm meal, or sleep like a log after a long hike. Let your friluftsliv commence! Walk to a hiking trail, drink coffee on the porch and listen to what simply exists. All the pinnings to refresh your spirit, with close proximity to the Shawangunks, New Paltz, Phoencia, + Kingston!


The space is designed to kick you into Human Being mode, instead of the Human Doing we are so accustomed to.


The home is primarily an open concept, with pine vaulted ceilings for that feeling of spaciousness and air. To the left of the main entrance is the kitchen, fully stocked with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, milk frother, and electric kettle.


The dining and living room are in the main living space together. Here you'll find a brand new (2023) West Elm, not-your-grandma's pull-out couch, so comfy that we use it ourselves and give our friends the bedroom. There is a combo A/C and heating unit in this space.


Behind the kitchen is the small bedroom with a queen bed, and room underneath to store your suitcases. Extra sound and heating insulation, as well as a new solid wood door, have been added to ensure you'll sleep well even when sharing a space with multiple (and little young) people! There is a heater and A/C in this room as well.


Heading out of the main space, you'll find a separate, small office room with our personal storage closets and 3rd heater/A/C unit. If you have a sound sleeper who doesn't mind folks walking through to use the bathroom, this is a great place for your travel crib. The bathroom is to the left. It is fully renovated with brand new tile, a fan, Neo style corner shower, toilet, mirror, light, and vanity, as well as a shelf and hooks to store your belongings and towels.
