You will be in the center of the all the action when you stay at The Lofts at Oakwood Manor. Downtown Hot Springs and Historic Bathhouse Row are just 5 minutes away. Schedule a massage at one of the historic bathhouses. Grab a drink at the famous Ohio Club. Learn about the city’s ties to the mob at the Gangster Museum. Taste new and exciting bourbons at the Bourbon Bar. Hike the amazing trails in Hot Springs National Park or just stay home and cuddle up with a movie. Hot Springs has something for everyone and The Lofts at Oakwood Manor is the best place to enjoy it all.

The entire studio apartment as well as 1 parking space on the left side of the main house is yours to enjoy. The driveway on the left side of the main house is for guests renting “The Lofts” at Oakwood Manor.



The driveway on the right side of the main house is for guests renting the Main house. Please do not park or use the driveway on the right side of the main house.



If you have more than 1 vehicle, it must be parked on the street. Street parking is free.



I am just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We have a handyman on call if you need something we can not resolve over the phone or text.



You are just steps away from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row are about 5 minutes away by car. We are just off Central Avenue which is the main drag of Hot Springs. Movie theaters, grocery stores, great restaurants, and shops are all just minutes away.

Perfect getaway in Hot Springs

The property is well kept and very clean. The proximity to Oaklawn is great. Quick, easy drive to the downtown area. If and when we go back to Hot Springs, we would stay here again.

The property was quiet and clean. The Air Conditioner for the unit was whisper-quiet and kept the room cool during the hot summer days. Everything was within arm's reach and easily accessible. I felt safe and secure in the area. The bed was extra big and comfy. I enjoyed my stay.

Stormy weekend

Excellent place to stay even with the thunderstorms and flood warnings in Hot Springs over the weekend. Races were canceled Saturday due to the weather conditions. Could go to the casino! Will come back.

The area was great. Where we stayed was close to so much but not on top of everything. The room was small but not bad in size for what we wanted. Only problems where the parking spots and trash were not marked like I was told and it wasn’t super clean. Had to rewash all dishes used because they were dirty and found trash under the couch. Check in and out was an easy process. Host was quick to respond when I would reach out and that was great.

Hello Madison, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt that the parking was not clear. We have one space per apartment with two apartments. We do not designate the spaces. Perhaps we should. I have spoken to our cleaners regarding the dishes. They are to wash every dish regardless of whether it is in the cabinet or not. Some guests Feel they are being helpful by putting their dishes away when they are not as clean as we would like. We strive for excellence, not perfection. Laura

Perfect Cozy Studio walking distance to Oaklawn

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again. It was clean, modern and the location was perfect. We walked to Oaklawn and restaurants were a few minutes drive away. The place has nice furniture as pictured and the bed was great. The kitchen was stocked for cooking ( we didn’t cook). The place was great! The owner was responsive and reached out to ensure we were good. If I could recommend anything it would be the following:Lights on side of driveway for backing outKeurig in place of ‘old school’ coffeemakerOverall, if none of this was changed, I would still stay gain!

A perfect spot for a visit to Oaklawn Race Track. 2 blocks away. A studio apt with clean facilities. Full kitchen (no dishwasher), ice maker, large fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with Folgers and filters. The internet/TV never worked, which was a huge disappointment given that that was what our plans were our first night there. The owner never offered any compesantion for this and our data bill will be high as a result. (There were a lot of sports (March Madness) on during our visit.)Owner was very communicative when we couldnt figure out the AC unit. The problem was resolved quickly. The front door needs a peep hole. We couldn't verify who was in the hallway making noise. Overall, if you're in Hot Springs to go to Oaklawn, this place is great. Also, just a short drive to the National Park and Bathhouse Row
