Our property named Sikaria Homes is located on 4th Floor of Nidaan Building above Bank of Maharashtra & Mahindra. 5 minutes from Nucleus mall (Best mall in Ranchi) and all other amenities.
Our place has 3 Rooms wherein 2 Rooms have 1 King size bed each along with an attached washroom each. 3rd Room has 1 King size bed and 1 single bed and has its washroom just outside the room. All Rooms have AC, Free-Wireless Wi-fi, Hot Water, Drinking Water Glasses, Full Wardrobes with Hangers, Window Blackout Curtains, Centre Tables, Comfy Chairs, Comfy Linens and Blankets with Pillows, Mineral Water at Check-in and Smart TV with Dish TV Connection and ability to stream your Netflix, Hotstar or Amazon or any other OTT. We also provide Daily Housekeeping as per Guests' request and have a functioning kitchen with expert cooks above this floor which provides room service too. You can order anything you like.
In addition, our 3-bhk apartment has drawing & dining rooms along with fully functional Kitchen. Drawing Room has 3-1-1 Sofa Set with Center table, a Meeting/Study/Work multi-purpose table with Revolving Chairs and Refrigerator. Dining Room has 6-seater Dining Table with Chairs and Matts put on it. There is also a washbasin near it with Dettol Handwash keeping in view of Guests' hygiene and sanitation requirements. In fact, all Washrooms have Dettol Handwash in addition to Soaps & Shampoo. There is a Common Balcony attached with Dining room.
Kitchen has RO Water Purifier, 2-Burner Gas Stove with Gas Cylinder, All basic cooking utensils, Steel washbasin, Egg Boiler and more. Guests are free to utilise the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Although, there are to bring ration on their own cost or can ask caretaker cum Manager to help them with procurement. Any further utensils if required can also be requested from Caretaker cum Manager. He shall help with the same upon availability.

Greetings! I am from Ranchi and have done my schooling from here itself. Did my higher studies in England, had a good corporate job but left it to enjoy nicer things in life back in my hometown Ranchi. This is one of the properties I own and host and always love to interact with Guests whether through chat, on phone or in person.

This neighbourhood stands out as a perfect homestay since it is located on road, only few minutes walk away from City Centre yet is peaceful. Nucleus mall is only 5 mins away. Grocery stores, restaurants are located closeby and many other modern necessities are closeby. Building itself is surrounded by Greenery and is breath of fresh air in this town.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
My property is one of the properties available in the same building. In addition, I have a Premium Guesthouse of 12 Rooms located just above this floor allowing me to have an in-house Kitchen with Expert Cooks, Housekeeping Staff and a dedicated Caretaker cum Manager for the property from morning to night. This allows me to provide cleaning facilities and on-site staff support which most other properties won't be able to afford and provide. In addition, the location of the property is also unique (It being City Centre) and has all methods of transportation available to Railway station, Airport, Bus Stands or any other part of Ranchi. It is also located only 5 minutes away from Sporting complex in Morabadi which hosts multiple sporting events throughout the calendar year of National & International level.
