Private & Spacious RV with Hot Tub

OVERVIEW
This memorable place is anything but ordinary. With a queen bed in the primary bedroom and four separate bunk beds in the second bedroom, the entire family can have their own space. The RV has a lockbox near the RV door for self-check-in. The living areas are open concept so your group will be able to socialize & mingle. The RV has high-speed wi-fi with accommodating workspaces like the dinette set, couch, or outdoor seating area.

BEDROOMS
The RV can sleep a total of 10 people. We recommend keeping the occupancy down to 6 for optimal privacy, or 8 for optimal comfort. There should only be a total of 6 adults and up to 4 kids for a total of 10 occupants, otherwise, you may find yourself cramped when sleeping.

The primary bedroom is located in the front of the RV and has two doors to enhance privacy.

The four bunk beds that are in the second bedroom are located in the back of the RV and that bedroom has a door as well.

The additional sleeping areas include the sofa and dinette set that convert into beds. These converted beds are short and best for children.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREAS
The sofa in the living room as well as the dinette set, both turn into beds. Linens are located in the closet in the secondary bedroom with the bunk beds. Extra pillows for these sleeping areas are located under the seats of the dinette. Both the sofa and the dinette beds can sleep 2 people. I would recommend only sleeping 2 children in each of the beds or 1 adult, otherwise, it can get crowded when you are trying to get a full night's rest.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is stocked with all of your essentials like RV-safe toilet paper, shower towels, and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even 'just in case' extras like Q-tips, flossers, and makeup remover wipes.

LIVING AREA
The living room has a pull-out sofa with a 55" smart TV and is open to the well-stocked kitchen and dining room so you are able to socialize with your entire group. The couch is comfortable and cozy and welcomes an additional 2 people to sleep on it if wanted. Bedding is provided.

KITCHEN
The full kitchen has all typical appliances and small appliances such as a crock pot, coffee maker and coffee bar. All dishware and silverware is provided, as well as pots, pans, and storage containers. We also provide items such as cooking spray and spices. The coffee pot takes both ground coffee and pods. We provide you with a few pods and ground coffee, sugar and sugar substitutes, and creamers to get you started as well.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The front patio has a large seating area, and a hot tub. The back patio has a small seating area as well. Your entire area is fenced in for maximum privacy. The fence surrounds the RV, the patio furniture, and the hot tub. We also provide Handmade Turkish towels for the hot tub.

NEIGHBORHOOD
We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We ask for quiet hours after 9pm Sunday-Thursday to respect our neighbors. There is a park with basketball hoops and a playground in our neighborhood, less than 1 mile away that is walkable. You can also walk 1 mile to the start of the Town N' Country Greenway hiking path. The views are gorgeous.

INTERACTION
We will be available during your stay if you need anything but we will also respect your privacy. We will follow your lead on whether or not you'd like to interact with us face-to-face.

We will need to clean the black tank for stays longer than one week for you. This requires us to access the bathroom inside the RV and the outside of the RV for about 20 minutes. We will always communicate with you to discuss timing to make sure it works with you.

We will be available for the entire length of stay via phone or text or even face-to-face if we are home and you'd like to meet in person. We have seen a lot of the Tampa Bay area and can give great recommendations if you need ideas on things to do.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
For stays longer than 5 days, we will need to check the hot tub chemicals to ensure they are safe and balanced. Again, we will communicate with you to find a good time. We only need access to the hot tub area to do this and will not access the inside of the RV.

PARKING
The driveway can hold up to 4 cars at one time. Please do not park on the grass as we do have a septic tank for both our house and the RV. If this is driven over, it could be damaged and you will be held liable to fix it which is very expensive. If you need additional parking, please ask your host and they can let you know where to park on the street.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
We do require a contract to be signed within 24 hours of booking for everyone's safety. It will be sent via email and signed by both parties. You will receive a signed copy.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Photo identification is required to verify.

SPECIAL EVENTS/CONCIERGE SERVICES
We are happy to accommodate special events (attendance must be reflected in reservation and cannot exceed 8 people) and set them up for you. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. If request is made less than 7 days in advance, feel free to inquire and we will let you know if we can get it done for you.

- Includes your list of groceries or a well-rounded meal plan provided
for you with recipes.

- Includes what you prefer or a fun variety of my choosing.
