Launch your small creek boat or kayak at the gravel launch area or nearby at the small public launch. Enjoy great fishing, wildlife viewing, walking or shooting hoops on the concrete pad. The lodge is convenient to world-class BBQ including the Skylight Inn and Bum's BBQ or multiple other dine in or fast food restaurants serving a wide variety of foods. Conveniently located between Greenville and Kinston, this is perfect for attending local ECU football games (30 min.), graduations, or for access to ECU Health Medical Center (25 min.) and UNC Lenoir Hospital (17 min.) . Two stop signs away from the new Greenville bypass, local trips to and from Greenville are quick and easy. This beautiful log cabin has vaulted ceilings and a balcony common area with lots of exposed beams for that warm, cozy feeling that only a log cabin has.
