The home is tucked away past the Sunriver Stables and Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory. You know it's exclusive when you're not sharing the road with any cars. The home was very accommodating for my group of six friends. Each couple had their rooms with bathrooms nearby, so no one had to share.
The space is ample, and we can spread out. The dining room table is massive enough to do a 1000-piece puzzle and serve dinner. A retractable awning provides great brunchtime shade.
Access to the bike/walking path is accessible within the neighborhood.
The best part of this home was the Cascara Team. I connected with them via text message, and they were ready to assist with my proposed "late-checkout" request. I will be booking this home again.
This is a beautiful property and perfect for a large family, or several couples. The only complaint that we had is that the downstairs bedroom is advertised as a queen bed. It is in fact a double bed, so it was a little tight for 2 people. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay!
This home was exactly what our family of 5 needed. Quiet location close to biking trails. Clean and stocked. Had some issues with no power to hot tub and dishwasher, but these issues were fixed quickly.
Amazing secluded area of Sunriver, a small cluster of homes far away from the village and the noise (other than the occasional plane taking off). This is the area where everyone walks or rides their bike to, because itâs the most beautiful part of Sunriver. Nice house in a small group of nice big houses. Donât stay here if you want to party and make noise, as the surrounding neighbors surely do not like the short term rental house in their neighborhood of big homes, however this is a perfect home for families or small groups. The house provides a far more luxurious feel than similarly appointed homes in the village, simply due to its location. Highly recommend.
The house has a really great set up with two masters on the main level and a great area downstairs with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The only negative is that house could use a deep clean and some updates.
Beautiful location, house a bit dated but well taken care of.
Always wanted to stay out at Sky Park area. Quieter and a bit removed from main Sun River. House itself was dated but well maintained, kitchen well stocked, everything worked. Bedding could have been better, especially in downstairs room.
This home was perfect for my husband and me and our two grown children (and significant others). Each couple had their own private bedroom with bath and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and roomy and the living area was large and cozy with a great TV/surround sound system.
It was snowy and beautiful and we walked along the river many times. Weâre hoping to come back to stay at this property during the spring or summer.
The house is beautiful and very family friendly. It is hard to find a home that has 3 large beds. This one does, so it is perfect. The bedroom are separated so each couple has privacy and their own bath. The house is stocked with many things, blender, hotpot, kids dishes/cups,etc. The only complaint is the bed in one master is rock hard. and there are no blankets provided, which seems weird. Bring your own blanket and pillows.
We loved this property. Everything is exactly as posted and pictured. Easy check in and out, great communication with property management team, incredibly clean and the amenities are beyond the norm. We will return to this home as often as we can get to Sunriver ! It truly is my all time favorite.
we have been to SR a bunch, but this is the first time we rented at the airpark. really enjoyed being removed...it's it own little enclave. unfortunately with all the fires, we were pretty well socked in for the first 3 of our 5 days, and SHARC wasn't open, but such is life. Only critique about the house is when we walked in there were 5 remotes for the TV. That's a danger sign right there. And the instructions weren't accurate or hadn't been updated. We were unable to figure it out, had to have someone come out near the end of day 2. She was really helpful and got us going. Front door should also have a little maintenance as it sticks quite a bit, and a couple light bulbs were out. But all minor stuff. Nice house, great for a family. Really like the very separate downstairs area.. Would stay here again.
The location is great! Especially in the time of COVID, itâs nice to be more distanced from all the other houses and so close to the river. The house has a nice separation of space but is a little run down. Thereâs a piece of plywood propping the cushions up in the couch and the carpets are pretty warn (which can somewhat be expected in Sunriver). Our biggest complaint would be the A/C, which this home advertised as having. When we arrived there was a note on the thermostat not to turn down below 74 degrees. The house could not even maintain 74 degrees without leaving the windows open all night to cool down enough but if you use the stove and oven for breakfast in the morning the temperature raises to above 74 degrees quite quickly. Disappointed that they got away with advertising A/C under those circumstances. We were uncomfortably hot at all times in the house.
Great house and location, flawed property management
The house is great and the location was fantastic - away from the main drag of Sunriver, but we had difficulties with the property management. Our check-in time at booking was 4PM but a few days before our arrival, I got an email stating that our check-in time was between 4 and 6 PM and possibly even later. I asked if we could stick to our original check in time of 4PM or at least get a solid time I could count on because we were traveling with young children, elderly parents, and a dog and didn't have the luxury of waiting around for possibly hours for our house to be ready. I was told they were short staffed at this time but also that they never guarantee a 4PM check-in despite what we were told at booking. The only answer I could get was to call the office when I got into town and they would tell me at that time when the house would be ready. This is unacceptable. Also, their check in process requires you to drive to their office to pick up and return the house keys which is pretty inconvenient. We travel and rent houses often and this was the worst experience with a property management company we've had.
Again, the house is fantastic but with poor management.
love the location. It is close to the wild life: elks, coyotes, deer, pretty birds. And not too far from city at all.
Every day 7pm to 8pm we would ride bikes along the river. So pretty and abundant of wild life.
Excellent stay. The home is spacious, comfortable, and quiet location 5min walk to the river. Fast wifi. Sunny porch with view of trees was wonderful. Kitchen fully stocked. Loved that the house has two master suites and a seperate floor for the third bedroom.
