After a busy day of adventures, you'll love the comforts of home in this condo and the amazing shared amenities guests have access to.

The Space:
Experience the ultimate mountain getaway in this modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of River Run Village. The amazing ski-in/ski-out location places the Gondola within walking distance of your door, providing swift access to the slopes. Or, explore the surrounding area on the FREE shuttle bus, there is a bus stop just a short walk away from the home. When you are ready to relax and unwind return to this mountain retreat where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo includes access to a wide variety of great shared amenities such as a ski locker, sauna, steam room, game room, and outdoor pool and hot tubs. The home is perfect for mountain enthusiasts!

When you arrive at the home you will come to an entryway with a built-in wooden bench and coat rack making it comfortable to sit down and remove your outdoor gear before settling in. Directly to the right of the entryway is the condo’s full shared bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo, a pedestal sink, and shelving to store your personal items.

As you make your way into the bright and inviting condo you will first come to the well-laid-out kitchen with spacious granite countertops and ample cabinet space providing enough room for meal prep or storing your snacks. The fully equipped kitchen includes a range of basic cookware including a crockpot and a blender, so you can easily prepare a delicious meal for those times you want to eat. Comfortably placed on the other side of the kitchen counter is the dining area where you will find a round table with seating for four.

Head further into the room and take in the living space that offers a spacious common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely electric fireplace as you settle into the three-person couch or chair and enjoy a movie on the mounted TV. For added comfort, you will find a large coffee and a small side table, as well as two lamps situated around the space. At night turn this room into an additional sleep space and pull the three-person couch into a comfortable queen-size bed.

Off the living room, step out to the private balcony, that enjoys views over the alpine trees. On the balcony, you will find patio chairs, perfect for enjoying a happy hour or cup of coffee while you take in the fresh mountain air and the happenings around the River Run Village.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night head into one of the two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Inside the master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, and a mounted TV. Adding to the comfort of the bedroom is an attached bathroom which features a spacious double-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo, as well as a toilet in a separate space providing additional privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed with king-sized pillows, bedside tables with lamps, a closet, and a TV.

Be sure to check out the many wonderful shared amenities the condo includes. There is something for everyone in the family. Everything from a heated underground parking garage, a movie theater, an indoor children’s play area, an outdoor grill area, two hot tubs, a wading pool, a heated pool with a slide, and more!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and one parking spot in the underground parking garage.

The Neighborhood:
This condo offers a truly unparalleled location in the heart of Keystone in the River Run Village. Located in the derivable Springs building, the home places you in the closest location to River Run Gondola getting you out on the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort in no time. The home is also located on a free shuttle route with stops so you can quickly be connected to the surrounding areas. After a day on the mountain enjoy being within walking distance of the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. Or, head off for a different type of adventure such as taking a stroll along the Snake River, hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina makes for a scenic outing or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also just 25 minutes away.

Getting Around:
The amazing ski-in/ski-out location of the condo places you within walking distance of the gondola and River Run village. The home is also on a free shuttle line which will connect you to the surrounding area. A 5-minute walk from the home will take you to the River Run bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route from which you will be connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Or, head off for a drive to some of the charming surrounding mountain towns. Dillon is a 12 minute's drive away, while Silverthorne is 14 minutes and Frisco is 20 a minute's drive. From this condo, you can also be at Breckenridge in 25 minutes or Vail in 45 minutes.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Just a few issues

Overall, the condo itself was great, very cozy and the perfect size for 2 adults and a child. It had almost every necessity for cooking. The beds were very comfortable!!! We had difficulty checking in because the codes sent to us for the garage, front door to the pottery and condo unit were incorrect. That was frustrating but solved pretty quickly. The smaller issue: someone nearby was smoking so all of their smoke made its way into our unit because in order o be at a comfortable temp, all of the windows had to be open. That was really gross. The biggest issue: the hot tubs were FILTHY! Like absolutely unsanitary, cloudy, full of bugs, hair, you name it because the filters were clearly not filtering. It was foul. The pool was also not heated as advertised. The main attraction for a summer vacation was the pool facilities for us and we were unable to enjoy them; a major disappointment. If I had half a nerve I’d ask for some of my money back.
