The Space:

Casa Kavita by Ronival, is a brand new 3-bedroom penthouse in Mistiq, where the stunning design catches your eye the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms right at the entrance, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a big bed and a desk, great for anyone who needs to work a bit during their stay. Right across, there’s a room with bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people, also with its own bathroom, making it a cozy spot for kids or friends.



The heart of the penthouse is the bright and welcoming living room that opens up to a big terrace. Here, you'll be treated to amazing views of the ocean. Next to the living room, the main bedroom offers a peaceful escape, complete with a bathroom, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. This room has its own door to the balcony, so you can wake up and step right out to enjoy the view.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. But the real highlight is upstairs on the private rooftop. It’s huge, with a table for meals, plenty of shade, a BBQ grill, and a comfy seating area with chairs for lying back and looking at the stars. The Neighborhood:

Mistiq is a brand-new, exclusive, secured, gated development with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the Tezal area, just a 5-minute drive from grocery stores including Fresko and Costco. The development is a 10-minute drive from the famous Medano Beach and downtown, far enough from the noise and activity of downtown to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy its amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and the gym from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don't want to drive, Uber & Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo.

Potential Construction Noise

Please note that the property is located in a developing area, and occasional construction noise may be heard during daytime hours. While there is no construction taking place at the property, activity in the surrounding area may vary and is outside of our control.



Pet Policy

We welcome small dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable $150 USD pet fee applies. Please notify us and receive approval before arrival, as last-minute or unregistered pets will not be permitted at the property.



No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 USD fine will apply for violations.



Rooftop Jacuzzi – Important Safety Notice

The private rooftop jacuzzi is positioned near the edge of the rooftop and features an infinity-style side without a protective barrier. For everyone's safety, children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the rooftop and when using the jacuzzi. Guests are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when using this area.



External Vendors

To maintain the security and privacy of our residential community, external vendors are not permitted inside the property without prior authorization. Our concierge team will be happy to recommend and coordinate trusted vendors for services such as private chefs, transportation, grocery delivery, spa services, and activities.



Monthly Reservations

Monthly stays are welcome. An additional refundable security deposit per month may apply. Please contact us before booking to confirm the requirements for your stay.



Residential Community Access

This property is located within a private residential community. To authorize access, guests will be required to provide a valid ID and acknowledge/sign the community rules prior to arrival. Please contact us before booking if you would like additional information regarding the community guidelines.
