Lower Level

Enter the home to the glamorous foyer with pine-covered ceilings and custom-made space to drop all your boots and jackets. Continue to be greeted by a pool table, shuffleboard, bar top, and living room with smart TV.

Main Floor

Where do I start? How about the open concept living space with vaulted pine ceilings, oversized windows overlooking Lake Sinca, walkout spacious deck with couch and propane firepit and dining seating overlooking the lake. The sauna sits positioned with a perfect view to admire the lakeviews.



The dining area features a table for everyone to enjoy a meal together. The living room has a large, incredibly comfortable couch and additional posh swivel chair seating in front of the smart TV.



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for your group’s trip, with additional coutertop seating and a second dining setting for 6.



BR5 - King

The main floor features three bedrooms. First is the master, outfitted with plenty of space to spread out, an ensuite bathroom with large soak tub, and walk-in shower. Wake up to lake views from your window.



BR6 - King

The second bedroom, also oversized, has views of the lake from your queen bed.



BR7 - Queen

The third bedroom features yet another comfy queen bed.



Bedrooms 6 & 7 are steps away from their own full bathroom.



From the main floor, head up to the loft, boasting a couch of its own, views of the street and adjacent woods, and debatably the coziest coffee nook in the house. With board games and video games for the TV, this area is a retreat of its own.

You may walk from the property to the lake.



The community constantly tests the lake water. From time to time the lake may be unexpectedly closed to swimming for the health and protection of residents and guests.

The entire cabin is yours to enjoy, as well as access to Lake Sinca. You can kayak, paddleboard, or fish (with proper license).

• Fireworks are prohibited

• A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca

• Glass containers are prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
