The Space:
This beautiful two story home is the perfect location for all your Branson adventures! Tucked into a wonderful little vacation neighborhood just 10 minutes south of downtown Branson, this little Ozark gem is ready to host your group with all the comforts of home. Just THREE STEPS up to the front porch, then head on inside! The vaulted ceilings in the living room greet you when you walk in and the LEATHER COUCHES are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The KITCHEN is FULLY STOCKED for the chef in your group to cook up your favorites and their is plenty of room around the kitchen table to gather around for a delicious meal!

The main level has two bedrooms! The primary suite features a KING BED and it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. Bedroom 2 also has a KING BED with a hallway bathroom just outside it's door. The upstairs BACK DECK lets you soak in the Ozarks while grilling up delicious food on the propane grill!

Then head on downstairs where you will be amazed with the oversized SECOND LIVING ROOM full of GAMES! You have a POOL TABLE, a LEGO TABLE, a SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE, and a POKER TABLE! Sure to provide hours of fun for all ages. Or gather on the couches for a movie night at the end of a long day!

Two of the three downstairs bedrooms have QUEEN BEDS offering a great night's sleep and the last bedroom is perfect for the kids or a young family with a QUEEN BED and a BUNK BED! Even an extra perk, one of the couches in the downstairs living room is a SLEEPER SOFA to sleep two more guests for a sleeping total of 14! There is also another full bathroom on this lower level and all the bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One less thing for you to pack! Also, a washer and dryer in the home make laundry on vacation easy and we provide the detergent!

Outside on the lower back deck is your own PRIVATE HOT TUB for to enjoy some great relaxation!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including two outdoor pools just up the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail! We also have TWO KAYAKS at the home you all will be able to use during your stay (after signing a waiver).

The Neighborhood:
Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just up the street from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to late September). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!

For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! Access to TABLE ROCK LAKE is just 1/4 MILE DOWN THE STREET where you can enjoy the view or do some fishing! You will also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a large living area and another pool table!

Getting Around:

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
