Gas grill is available. Guests are responsible for maintaining the grill including tank refill and cleaning after every use. No cooking bacon on the grill is allowed. Minimum $50 charge for dirty grill or surrounding area.

This includes playing loud music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (please do it somewhere else), any excess cars or unregistered guests.
