Cette belle plage orientée villa vient de subir une rénovation intérieure complète. Nouveaux planchers et magnifiques nouvelles salles de bains vous avez à voir pour le croire. Juste un 5-6 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage sur la côte est, l'accès à la plage de cette villa dispose de tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin pour passer la journée entière se dorer au soleil. La grande ombragée piscine commune se trouve à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée et a des toilettes, avec aire de pique nique adjacente pour la famille à apprécier. 'Adventure Cove ", la zone de divertissement pour les enfants sains, se trouve une très courte distance de marche.
Il ya aussi de bons restaurants à distance de marche facile. La villa est située à mi île au marqueur de mile 6, de sorte que rien sur Hilton Head Island est plus que juste quelques minutes. Il est parfait pour deux familles ou une famille qui porte le long des grands-parents pour des vacances en famille. Une grande maison de vacances de 3 chambres à un prix raisonnable.
Location à la semaine sont du samedi - samedi Heure d'arrivée est 16 heures et Heure de départ est 10 heures. Il faut par e-mail annulation au moins 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée.

We had an amazing stay. The location is great and the unit has everything you need. The complex it is in has a pool as well which our son really enjoyed.

Clean, Safe Space

This is our second stay at this exact space. We were there a couple of years ago and enjoyed the access to the beach and the amenities and chose to stay there again. Very clean, quiet nice neighborhood.

Condo close to the beach!

This condo has been gorgeously decorated with beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable beds. We loved how close it was to the beach to the beach and enjoyed staying here as a family. Thank you so much for having twin beds so the kids didn't fight about who kicked who in the night!

We loved it!

This location was great for our family of 5. Short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, towels and a cart to take your items to the beach - it was perfect! We had a great time.

This condo was the perfect stay for Hilton Head... it was super clean, the Manager was responsive, and it was walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone going to HHI!

We had a great stay. No real issues or concerns. The check in/put process was simple. We had one minor issue and the property manager responded quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable and Clean

We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and this property was a great fit for us. We loved the fact that the beach was only 3 to 4 blocks away - a very easy walk on the walking trail. Plus beach chairs, toys, towels and umbrellas were provided by the home owner.

A Great Stay!

We love the Folly Field area, such a super easy walk to the beach, and not nearly as crowded as other beaches in the area. Dennis' home was very nice and accommodating. Very comfortable. Very traditional, but with a slight modern flare. Decor is very natural, and coastal. Will stay again.

Comfortable townhouse, Close to beach

My family really enjoyed our week here. There was plenty of room for us to relax downstairs. The 3 bedrooms upstairs gave everyone their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook and we also enjoyed grilling out on the deck. The complex was quiet and the pool was cool in the shade of trees. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach!

We loved this condo!!! The layout is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the unit was clean. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and comforters. The bathroom towels were very nice and of good quality. The owner was quickly responsive with the booking request and provided directions and answers to questions before our arrival. Will definitely book again!

Great Location

Great location being only two blocks away from the beach and plenty of beach parking nearby. It's nicely decorated. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Have many beach stuff and toys available as well, but we didn't use them. Nice to have a TV in every bedroom also. Overall it was clean, but it was dusty in some places (nightstands, lampshades, tops of some furniture). I would rent from them again. Thank you for a great vacation at HHI!

Great property and location!

The property was very clean, and it’s in a great location. It has a large porch compared to the other nearby units, and there many beach chairs, beach carts and beach toys which saved us money on rentals. My only “negative”, was a lack of storage space. A few closets were locked, and there were not many to begin with but this may have been a bigger issue for us with 3 kids. Owner communication was good, he was very responsive.

Clean and convenient

Our second year staying in the property which is clean, organized and convenient walk to the beach while being close to golf courses and restaurants. Door code wasn’t activated when we arrived, but property manager was available on call to take care of right away. Property manager Kevin is great and attentive if anything is needed. The owner communicates through the process and makes you feel welcome. I do recommend bringing some beach gear as access to on site beach gear is ok at best.

Great spto

We enjoyed this apartment a lot. It was very close to the beach, which was perfect for walking or biking back and forth. The kitchen was small, but well-appointed. The beds were a bit on the softer side for me, but still comfortable. The en suit bathroom is tiny, but functional. My only issue with the apartment was that the dining room table was oddly shaped so you couldn't really sit 6 people at even spacing because the legs of the table were in the way - minor, but slightly annoying to have to sit on the corners! Lovely hang out space for the family. We had an issue with the water heater leaking and the manager was there right away to fix it, which was great. He was very responsive and helpful!

Has potential to be 5 star, but not quite there.

My family of 6 was quite pleased with the rental when we arrived. It was clean, spacious and quiet with a quick walk to a peaceful beach. The rental had everything we needed for a week long stay and was close to all our activities. Unfortunately, we had an issue with cockroaches that could not be resolved. The manager and owners were quick to respond, but unable to do anything to resolve the issue. Also, we had the owner's friend show up to stay the weekend while we were still there. This was on Friday morning with our checkout being Saturday morning. I found this to be somewhat unprofessional even though we did leave the rental a little early. I can see how other renters enjoyed this unit and gave it 5 stars. We just weren't as fortunate during our timeframe.

Super close to the beach

A quick walk and you're at the beach! This condo has such promise but it really needs a spring cleaning; walls, exhaust fans, kitchen cupboards. The unit manager and owner were very responsive to our concerns and handled them almost immediately. The BBQ grill was rusted out and unusable and was replaced within a day and a half. Unfortunately we had to change our dinner plans for two nights. There are three patios but two needed to be power washed to be utilized. They came and cleaned one but left the other untouched. The complex pool is not cleaned regularly so it was only available for one day while we were there. The owner is not directly responsible for the cleaning but it was a disappointment nonetheless. The towels and sheets need to be freshened up. We also learned too late (when we took the sheets off the beds, as directed) that some of the pillows are old and stained. The closets could use hangers too. This place really has five star potential.

Had a great time :)

We rented this condo for our family vacation. There were 6 of us and we were quite comfortable. Thrilled to have 3 bathrooms with all of us there! Just a short walk to the beach. The beach carts and chairs in the shed were MUCH appreciated! There was ample dishes/cups/utensils, and a great grilling utensil set on top of fridge. Furniture was comfy and clean. Plenty of towels/sheets. Could not hear our neighbors while we were there which was nice as I wondered if we would or not. Parking spaces are a little tight, however of no fault of the owner of course. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was there were a couple of fake plants that had a quite a bit of dust, and then a couple of end tables could use a dusting at the bottom part that is sort of "out of sight out of mind". I found that to be very minor in the overall picture as the condo was definitely clean and not dirty by any means. We had a lovely time and would absolutely rent again in the future. As an added piece of advice if you come to stay here on the island, you should definitely have dinner at the Skull Creek Dockside restaurant. It is phenomenal! However make sure you make a reservation! Thanks again to the owner for being honest and accurate about the rental description.
