The home faces a stocked pond with a large private dock that is perfect for fishing and is just one of a few houses in the area. The house is surrounded by stunning scenery, which you can enjoy from the many beautiful windows that offer picturesque views. Across the street, there is a community fire pit, boat ramp, and slips with full access to Lake Martin.
The space
The home boasts an open floor plan, with a generously sized custom gourmet chef's kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. The living room is spacious yet cozy, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful scenery from every seat. The two bedrooms on the main floor come with their own bathrooms, featuring comfortable luxury high thread count linens and towels, and high-end full-size toiletries. Upstairs, you will find a loft area, perfect for the kids to play and hang out, with a variety of games and a pull-out sofa that has a memory foam queen mattress. Additionally, there is another spacious bedroom, a third full bathroom, and a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with a screened-in porch, and an outdoor sitting area, which includes a baby/pet gate that overlooks the pond and beautiful woods. On the ground level, there is a ring toss game, foosball table, basketball shot game, fitness area, seating area with a TV, and a propane fire table for you to enjoy.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the large dock on the pond right outside. There are community canoes available for use near the road, and the easiest place to launch them is from there. Once you cross the street, you'll see a large community fire pit, a boat ramp, and boat slips that are also accessible to guests as part of the property.
