This beautifully updated 3400 sq. ft. home offers 5 bedrooms, each with its own TV, and 3.5 bathrooms, including an additional bedroom (king size bed) and full bathroom (shower in seperate area) in the finished basement â perfect for guests or extra space. Stay productive in the dedicated office space with fast WiFi, then unwind on the deck with a grill, or enjoy a game of pool in the finished basement. A two-car garage and parking pad provide plenty of parking. Enjoy top-rated dining, local breweries, and all the essentials just minutes away â with downtown Cincinnati only a 10-minute drive.

Before arrival, the primary guest will need to complete a brief registration form, which includes ID verification and a $1,000 security hold.
