Home was accurately described. In a very good location. Great neighborhood. Grocery store just around the corner. Very clean. The home had all the supplies you could need. The host communicated efficiently and answered all questions. Check in and check out was smooth and came with detailed instructions. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The fenced in backyard was relaxing and a plus for our dog. The house was very clean and had everything available that we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The House itself was good. The yard desperately needed mowed. There was cobwebs throughout the upstairs. But it was functional for our event. I would recommend for anyone to stay there. It was decently clean.

Location is ok, there is a Shipping/Receiving business right across the street from it, so A Lot of semi-truck traffic . Also, ACME Rd (Sierra St is off of ACME) is a fairly busy Rd, traffic noise can be heard in the primary bedroom on the first floor. The neighborhood itself is quiet.The Host would do well to provide a few basics in the kitchen such as cooking spray, foil, and storage containers. Detailed directions for the Washer be a bonus as well.We definitely wouldn't pay any more than what we did for this unit, regardless of the season.It was sufficient for our purpose which was getting our son moved into his dorm.

Cute House

We stayed here for over a month while house hunting in the area. This residence served our purpose well and was easily accessible to the essentials, like grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.

House had everything you need and is in a quiet older neighborhood. The fenced in yard is very helpful if you have a dog. Beds were comfortable, appliances worked well, and TV/Internet good. Only recommendation is to put shades or blinds on from and back door. We had to tape a trash bag on front door. All requests were promptly addressed.

We primarily selected this house for its fenced in backyard since we were traveling with a pet. We were very happy with this property. It is near a pet friendly park and Food Lion grocery is about two blocks away only. The house has everything we need. The property manager is responsive. We stayed for 3 weeks and during our stay, there was a leak in the master bathroom and the smoke detector needed to be replaced. We completely understand this situation happens. The property manager immediately offered to get these fixed. When we contact them to cut the grass at the backyard, they immediately were on it. Thank you for hosting us and we definitely would recommend this to family and friends.

Communication with the owner was swift and informative. Always helpful and quick to respond. House was perfect, one larger bedroom and bathroom downstairs with two bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed , and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Belmont. Absolutely perfect.
