Thank you, Mylaejah! We’re glad you found the apartment clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was also a pleasure accommodating your extensions so you could enjoy a few additional days in Boise. Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of everything The Local has to offer from the Sky Deck sunsets and pool to the convenient location near downtown, Whole Foods, and WinCo. It's great to know the apartment felt clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and that the covered parking and in-unit washer and dryer made your stay even more convenient. We're especially happy you felt safe, secure, and well taken care of throughout your visit. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation. We'd love to welcome you back, and we'll do our best to help you stay in your favorite 7th-floor unit again. Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Thank you for staying with us, Anthony. While we're disappointed we didn't earn a higher rating, we understand that your stay coincided with a rare property-wide internet outage caused by significant off-site fiber damage that affected the entire building and surrounding area. Unfortunately, the outage began before your arrival and was not restored until after your departure despite around-the-clock repair efforts by the internet provider. For future guests, it's also worth noting that apartment 721 is listed with a maximum occupancy of 3 guests and includes one king bed and one available on request twin rollaway bed. Prior to arrival, Anthony informed us that his group would consist of 4 guests after booking, which required an additional person to be accommodated beyond the unit's stated capacity. We appreciate Anthony choosing to stay with us and wish him and his family all the best.
