Rosemary Retreat - Perfect Location

Guests must be 25 years old to rent.
Please Note: The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. No third-party bookings allowed. Failure to follow this policy may result in an additional fee or immediate removal from the property without a refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests.

Late Checkout Fees: In order for our cleaners to maintain an efficient schedule, it is important for guests to check out promptly at their designated check-out time. Guests that do not checkout on time are subject to late checkout fees. This will be strictly enforced and reimbursement for this fee will be charged on the same day. Late checkout fees are as follows:

15+ minutes late: $50
30+ minutes late: $75
1+ hour late: $125
2+ hours late: : $250

Guests are required to follow the checkout instructions by rolling the trash bins to the curb for collection. Failure to place the bins at the curb as instructed will result in a $100 fee, as missed trash pickup can negatively impact the experience of our next guests.
