Offering a generous 1,150 square feet of living space, the 2 Bedroom Plus (2LK) comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king- or queen-size bed paired with an en-suite primary bathroom containing a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king- or two queen-size beds, complemented by a second (and optional third in select layouts) bathroom with a standard tub and shower combination. The expansive living area boasts a cozy gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, TV, separate dining space, and an open balcony, while the full kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. For added convenience, an in-unit stackable washer and dryer is included. Some units of this type feature interior stairs.

Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid photo ID.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation.

• Parking Details: Self-parking and Valet parking are available for all guests. HGV Club members on Club stays (either using points or open season cash) are not assessed a Valet parking fee. All others will be subject to a $25 per day Valet parking fee. Please note the garage is unable to accommodate vehicles taller than 7'6". EV charging is not available.

• Altitude Notice: Situated at 7,000 feet altitude; staying well-hydrated is highly recommended to acclimatize.

• Departure Fees: Early checkout fee is $75.00; late checkout fee is $75.00.

• Outdoor Pool Policy: There are no lifeguards on duty at our outdoor pool area.

• Air Conditioning Upgrade Notice: We are currently in the process of upgrading select air conditioning units. As a result, some suites may be without air conditioning. Due to Park City’s temperate summer season, it is our hope any impact to Guests is minimal. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in rooms and public areas. A fee of up to $500 USD will be assessed for smoking in rooms.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on property grounds and inside units. Service animals are welcome.

• Security Deposit / Credit Card Hold: Valid credit card required at check-in; authorized prior to arrival for full stay charges plus a security deposit hold equal to one night’s rate plus taxes.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
