You must be 21 or over to check in, max of 4 people Beachfront, all new. Clean and quiet. Dual electric recline sofa White washed wood tile, new white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances. Huge TV, 2 amazing queen beds both with a view of that amazing water! Luxury shower tower with a waterfall that relaxes every muscle. New fixtures, new duct for central air and heat. New Electrical box, beautiful and safe. Pool and kiddie pool. Grills and games at the pool area. Seasonal snack shack, indoor game room with ping pong, shuffle boards and games, puzzles, very family oriented. Small resort only 4 per condo so no big crowds. Empty beach but walkable to everything! I will give you the inside information on all the food and fun! Walk to new Beachfront Tootsies for live music and full restaurant. The big easy, hammerhead Fred’s, go carts, amusement parks, wonder Works, Ripley’s Ship, golf, mini golf, and more. We hope you have the best vacation ever!

I highly recommend top of the gulf. The room was very clean, it was a great view. We enjoyed seeing what everyone wore in the book on their stay. Several great things to do all in walking distant. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much. I enjoyed having you! Thank you for your stay! Every condo is different and owned by different people at Top of the Gulf and all the resorts. So remember if recommending, it is unit 319 Tranquility At top of the Gulf. You should have seen it when I bought it, I had it gutted, new floors, fixtures, cabinets, everything and some condos are still old. Opposite side the even numbers do not face the beach but parking lot.

Exactly as listed. We had stayed at Top of the Gulf last October but in another unit. We love it here. This unit had everything we needed, very clean and fast responses from host. My husband especially loved the luxury shower head. As he said, "If someone had lice it would blow it right off." ( We do not have lice) it just had several different options with multiple shower ports and a ton of force. It was awesome, so much so we have to get one for our home now. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to rent this unit again. We loved it!

Beautiful, Hassle Free 8-Day Stay

Great stay. Room was clean and updated and had everything we needed. My only wish would be a balcony, but otherwise great!

Thank you for your stay. So glad you enjoyed! I have one with a balcony if pull up my other listing but I love this because no balcony blocking the view. The bed in AC with unobstructed view! My other condo has a bed on the balcony so I can lay and watch but it’s hot out sometimes. They do have 2 community balconies each floor that is nice because can visit other floors and a smoking place each fl where smoke does not go in windows. Another problem with balconies is people smoke and blows in or you have people talking. I really enjoy how this is set up but we have another with balcony. Also be sure when booking it lists a balcony this one does not list one. Thank you and hope to see you back!

Beautiful views! Right on the Gulf. Condo was clean and gorgeous. Even though we didn't cook it had everything you needed to cook. Loved the shower!

The condo was immaculately clean. It was well stocked with full fridge, stove, dishwasher, eating utensils, plates, cups, toaster, Keurig machine, pots, pans, skillets. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were both unbelievably comfortable. More comfortable than my own mattress at home! The view from this condo was spectacular. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is beautifully decorated. We will definitely reach out to stay here again! Top of the line quality at Top of the Gulf!

It was great!

Michelle was great! My tired vacay brain had to call more than once and she was full of hospitality. The room was beautiful and bed very comfy!! The view is to die for!! (Only missing a balcony) It’s a walk to the room, but every turn you are comforted by an ocean view. The amenities are great and as listed. Remember to dump the dehumidifier. I definitely would recommend this accommodation to my family and friends if they don’t expect a balcony, it is a beautiful and peaceful home away from home!

If smoke it can be a pain going to the smoking area on same fl but otherwise laying in bed no matter the weather with no balcony railing is nice. This trip was our 4th time staying at Top of the Gulf. The complex has done well with their laundry and weight room upgrades. We used the weight room everyday. As far as the unit itself it is one of the better appointed units. It ticked all our boxes. The upgrades were well thought out. Many units have small fridges and stoves with the coil burners that are always of kilter and little to no counter top space. This unit has a full size glass top stove which is good since we mostly eat in and loads of counter top space making it so much easier to work. While the fridge is low to the floor (foot/toe hazard) it was a good size. The beds were also extremely comfortable. And the best part was having the view of the gulf. This unit will be the first we'll check for availability next time we stay

The kitchen had everything we needed, the furnishings were comfortable, and the beachfront views were incredible. Waking up and looking out at the beautiful Gulf waters every morning was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The condo was the perfect size for our family and had all the amenities we could ask for.What really made this experience stand out was Michelle. She was amazing to work with from start to finish—friendly, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a great vacation. Communication was excellent, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free.We've stayed at Top of the Gulf before and it continues to be one of our favorite places in Panama City Beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both this condo and Michelle to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.5 Stars all the way! We can't wait to come back!
