Blissful Haven On The Creek in Telluride
Perfect for one Month, or longer stays! This is your home away from home in Telluride! Nestled in a tranquil setting, this charming 2-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for 2 to 5 guests. Experience the best of Telluride, as this cozy haven is within walking distance of main attractions, including restaurants, skiing, shopping, and art galleries. Once inside, you'll be greeted by a recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom that seamlessly blend modern comfort with a charming designer style. Month-long stays only.
The space
The master bedroom, with en suite bathrooms and patio, ensures that there's ample room for privacy and relaxation. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a bonus room where guests can watch TV, work on a laptop or simply read a book. This room has a futon-style sofa that can be made into a bed for one adult (or 2 smaller children).
The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, and a walk-in wardrobe with a small area to work at a desk with a chair. The bathroom across the hall has been newly renovated with a great shower. There is no bath tub.
The newly renovated kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and finishes, invites culinary adventures. Barstools at the kitchen island and a 4-person dining area offer options for entertaining in the living space.
The upstairs is flooded with light and has windows on 3 of the 4 walls, which offer a view of the woods and stream as well as several mountain views. There is also a small deck upstairs where you can drink your coffee of read book close as you look over the branches of the shady trees.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home and the backyard. There is a bench and 2 chairs an a table in the back yard and we will be adding a BBQ grill for summer, 2024.
Other things to note
There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars depending on the size next to the house. If you need more space, you can typically find parking on the street.
Regarding the bathrooms. We do not have a bathtub, but the main bathroom renovation was just completed in November 2023 and has great shower. The second is a half bathroom, with toilet, sink, and cupboard. Lic # 00955
