Enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally located studio-apartment. Downtown Sioux Falls has great shopping, outstanding restaurants, live music, and of course the infamous Falls Park. This studio is located in the heart of downtown right on Phillips Avenue where most of the fun is located! Come see what all of Sioux Falls has to offer!
It's a cute little room with just a bed and two chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. I like the brick wall and the decor. The bed was comfy, and it was in a great location - so many cool spots within walking distance.
We enjoyed staying in the comfortable studio. It was clean and had everything we needed. Itâs right on Phillips and thatâs a great place to stay. It was easy to communicate with the owner/manager. I would definitely stay there again.
Just stayed one night as I had a picnic at a park. Great location not far from Falls park and restaurant's. Only down fall is there's not a couch or stove. But all in all great place to stay
Nice clean bedroom/bathroom apt. close to downtown. Next to downtown bar, noisy at closing time. Church clock chimes on the hour, trains run block away all night
Property was clean and comfortable. Close to First Friday activities on Phillips ave. Communication with property manager was poor/ last minute. Otherwise stay was what we expected.
Everything was perfect-right downtown and near Levitt at the Falls. Room was a little hot at night and noisy with windows up. Air conditioner temperature control could be easier or set lower
In downtown, good location. Very small space. A/C did not get cold which made the place very warm and uncomfortable. Tiny bathroom, very old building with very little electricity.
After staying one night there the next morning my wife and I noticed bed bugs in the bed and my wife had bites all over her arm. We did contact the host and let them know and we were refunded for the second night because we ended up leaving after that. Just not a very good experience especially for what we paid for it.
I've lived in DTSF for 13 of the last 15 years, if you see me ask why I tell people that and I'll buy you a coffee at The Source Coffeehouse and Taproom, just a half block a way.
This is a former hotel built in 1912. It's eclectic, not perfect, has what you need including a place to do laundry, and easy access to everything. Also, you will be staying at the only historic hotel property that has plenty of on site parking, on us, included in your booking fee!
