The items you described, particularly the hair and concern with the bedding, are certainly not how we expect a home to be presented to our guests, and we’ve shared your comments with the cleaning team. While the home is professionally managed, we actually contract with the same local cleaning companies that many individual homeowners and hosts throughout Moab use. Regardless of who performs the cleaning, it’s our responsibility as the management company to make sure the home is properly prepared and inspected, and we’re sorry we missed the mark during your stay. We do wish we had known about the cleaning concerns while you were here, as our local team would have been happy to come back to the home and address them right away. We’re glad we were able to quickly help with the garage keypad and appreciate you mentioning our responsiveness. Thank you again for the feedback. We’ll use it to make sure these issues are addressed going forward.

Your comfort is our top priority! Unfortunately we did not learn of the issue until the morning you checked out. If we had been contacted right away we would have sent our HVAC contractor over immediately to resolve the issue. We did send our service provider out the same day we learned of the issue and it has been resolved and no further issues have been encountered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused you and your family. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us make necessary improvements. If you choose to stay with us again, we will definitely provide a much more comfortable experience.
