Overall the layout of the home was perfect for our family. The hot tub was a bonus for the kids. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and dining area was accommodating. It was a bit warm to sleep upstairs and the furniture outside needs a good wipe down. Good, quiet location just outside of town. Easy to access downtown Moab as well as the national parks.

We came with family of 5 adn Grandpa for a Canyonlands adventure. Loved that this property was tastefully decorated and on a quiet street, with hot tub and outside hang out amenities. Everything we needed, clean, would stay again.
Wonderful beds. Great kitchen that was very well appointed. Very spacious. Hot tub was fantastic. Very very quiet with a great view out the back. Will be back!
Very convenient to everything in Moab. Our main issue was that the a/c was not working properly. When we arrived, it was warm and the a/c was on. We stayed there 3 nights and by the 3rd night, we were absolutely miserable!!! It progressively got worse. The upstairs stayed unbearably hot. My daughter was drenched as she slept. Even my mom was hot downstairs. Itâs disappointing to know how much we paid and to be miserable! Opening all the windows and doors upstairs and running the fans made zero difference. If you choose to stay here, check the a/c immediately upon arrival! You do need a/c in May, staying in Moab!
Property management company said this was something they check before all guests arrive and they were sorry.
Coyote Run is a little enclave that abuts a golf course. The back of the house (patio) has views towards the course with beautiful views. Layout of the house is great with 2 master suites. Stay would be improved with: dresser or shelving in upstairs master suite as there is no place to put away clothes except on the hanging rack. Other improvements : Kitchen knives that can be sharpened, cushions for outdoor dining chairs, and washable bath mat towels. AC upstairs is very weakânot a problem when nights are cool, but otherwise uncomfortable for sleeping.
Nicely decorated and quiet location.
