✹Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✹For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per stay.

-Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

-Amenity passes for the community are $3 per person. Please let us know during registration if you'd like to purchase them, as they must be pre-ordered. After that, they will no longer be available for purchase at the community office. Payment for the community passes will be processed separately.

-Important: Please be aware that community registration is mandatory and must be completed as soon as a booking is confirmed. Failure to register on time will result in a community fine, which may lead to the cancellation of your booking. Thank you for your understanding.

-This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.
