Si vous cherchez à découvrir une maison FABULEUSE au bord du lac avec plus de 500 pieds de propriété au bord de l'eau ... ne cherchez plus. Cette magnifique maison a l'une des meilleures vues sur le lac. Sérieusement, c'est le cas.

La maison est équipée d'une terrasse extérieure de plus de 2500 pieds carrés donnant toutes sur le lac, la piscine creusée en eau salée et son propre quai personnel. Si vous avez besoin de lancer votre bateau, nous sommes pratiquement directement en face du lac depuis la marina de Plantation!

Si vous prévoyez de vous divertir au bord du lac, notre maison au bord du lac a son propre bar divertissant et une télévision haute définition de 52 pieds.

La maison de près de 5000 pieds carrés est extrêmement accueillante.

Golf getaway

Terrific home & host! Steve (host) went above and beyond to help ensure our group had a great time. This home has an amazing setting/view and comfortably fit 8 of us. Great long weekend and would definitely return.

Incredible house and setting! We filled the house with our family reunion crowd and everyone loved it, especially having the pool right there and being right on the water. Steve/owner was great to work with. Hope we can get everyone together there again next year.

Awesome Girls Weekend Spot!

The home was perfect for a Girls weekend! Great location right on the lake! Big spacious rooms - nice open kitchen for cooking/congregating - slept 12 of us easily! Minutes from Ritz where we enjoyed dinner/spa. Everyone agreed that we should make it our annual getaway spot!

Great Location for Girls Getaway

We just spent a weekend at this house - 10 ladies needing a break from Atlanta. It was absolutely beautiful and the open floor layout for the kitchen, living room and dinning room makes it perfect for hanging out and spending time as a group. I would absolutely go back!

Our family of 14 could not have asked for a better location for our family vacation! Steve was so helpful and even arranged last minute tee times for our golfers. Everything was exactly as listed and wonderful!

Wonderful family vacation spot

We had a house full, but the house is plenty big to enjoy being together. Or if you want a little solitude, you can go outside to the dock and enjoy looking at the lake. The dining areas were so plentiful and nice that we decided to stay home and eat every night. We will definitely want to stay here again! Thanks Steve for being such a helpful host.

Oconee Lake house

This house was the perfect house for a large family gathering -lots of space, large kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of natural lighting. Many of the beds were very comfortable. The pool is an added bonus. Kitchen was stocked with many utensils. We would recommend this house to friends.!

Great Stay!!

My sisters and our daughters just spent a long weekend at this house and it was perfect. We swam in the pool and lake, cooked great meals in the well appointed kitchen, and enjoyed those meals at our choice of multiple dinning areas. The views were fantastic, the beds very comfy.... I could go on and on but I think you get the point. I highly recommend this house.

Fantastic Lake Home

My family of 11 spent 9 wonderful days in this awesome home with the best views of the lake. The house was spacious, comfortable, and lots of spaces to have a meal together, read, or play games. Perfect setting for everyone. The grandchildren loved the pool, and the lake was enjoyed by all. Gabby's on the Water provided a wonderful setting for a birthday and father's day celebration. A good time was had by all, we will be back.

Amazing Home!!

We celebrate Christmas with our children and grandchildren every year in June there are a total of 19 of us when you count the infants and there was so much room and the home has everything you could possibly need! We were beyond thrilled so much so we never left the house except to go tubing on the boat we rented! I can not say enough great things about the home, the area, the lake and most of all the owners are amazing to work with! Definitely would rent again!

Wonderful house for a family get-together

We rented this house for a multigenerational family get-together. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Having the extra bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 87 year-old mother. There were plenty of bedrooms for the family to spread-out. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Since we had a 4 year-old and a 10-month old, it was easier to cook at the house. The pool was a nice treat. I highly recommend this house!

It was perfect!

Wonderful house for our family gathering, everyone had lots of space and beds. The LR was amazing with loads recliners in front of the fireplace, best gathering spot out side of the amazing outdoor decks. Kids had a great time fishing off the dock. And the view of the lake....beautiful! Both owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. A really beautiful spot and a great house, hope to visit again. Thanks for sharing with us. GG

Could not have been better

Coordinated annual trip with seven college roommates for golf and fun. House was perfect and Steve was great host. Arranged all tee times at courses, Welcome package and instructions arrived on time, house was as expected (we expected perfection). Beautiful setting, room to throw football in the yard, and plenty of space in house for dining, TV watching, etc. Rented a boat for two days - easy to do and great addition to the long golf weekend.

Family Vacation

The location for us was perfect. With family members in Florida, North Carolina and Michigan, it was a reasonable drive for all. With grand kids ages 9,7,3,2,1, and 4 months, there was space and activities for all. The little ones enjoyed the pool and the older ones could jump off the dock into the lake. there were places you could go for quiet time and places for all to gather. The pontoon boat was a big hit and gave us more options of things to do. Steve the owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to all of our questions. We loved it and are already booked for next year again.

The Perfect Getaway

A couple of weekend's ago we had the privilege of staying in this amazing home for a girl's getaway to honor my cousin's upcoming wedding. We were looking for the perfect, relaxing getaway for friends and family members and we definitely nailed it! The home was more than accommodating and we had everything we could possibly need. We all felt right at home and had plenty of room! We brought our boat over from local storage and the deep water lot and dock were perfect for our boat. Any of us would recommend this home to anyone and I'm sure there will be some revisiting from several of us! Thanks so much for your hospitality and for being so accommodating!

Originally from the Midwest (St. Louis) and my wife Kathy is from Saginaw Michigan. We have moved all over the U.S. due to my sales job in wholesale apparel.

We LOVE being on the water, outdoor activities, especially golf, boating, fishing and world traveling! Kathy loves France, and was a French Professor at the University of North Carolina. When we both retired, we became travel agents working for "Specialty Cruise and Villas". Needless to say, we have experienced visiting numerous countries . Our Favorites are: France, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, and St. Barts. Small Ship cruising is my biggest thrill. ( 200 passengers or less ).

I love being a host and have done so now for over 20 years. My goal is to make sure that families or businesses that rent my property want to come back again. And my repeat customers are over 60 %.

We chose this property because of the unbelievable view, the gorgeous lot right on the lake and the opportunity to spend time in and on the water with family and friends! We love the community and the peacefulness of the area. Our lake property is located in a very quiet area on the lake and our 500 feet of lakefront makes the backyard a playground to enjoy !
