LOCATION:

Caleton Estates 52 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 15 and the ocean.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located just outside the property.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Caleton Estates 52 is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath 2-story villa with golf- and ocean views.

Enter the villa and step into the spacious common area, which includes a large, open kitchen, a “floating” bar, a dining room with a dining table for 12, and a comfortable living room with 2 sofa sitting areas, chairs and TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, and should you desire, you can even arrange for a private chef to cook for you during your stay (additional cost applies - $).

Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with a covered terraces and balconies, the swimming pool, and manicured garden. The common area seamlessly connects you to the stunning pool deck. Here, you'll find an outdoor dining table, a cozy lounge area, and sunbeds beckoning you to relax by the sparkling pool.

Venture from the living room to the front terrace with ocean view, an additional outdoor dining table, and a charming love seat sofa – the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail in hand.

THE BEDROOMS:

Caleton Estates 52 has 5 bedrooms. NOTE: The primary bedroom (the owner’s suite) is not included in the villa rental. The villa rental includes the 5 bedrooms as described below:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs, main building) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, open closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the garden and golf course.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs, guest wing) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, open closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony with garden view.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs, guest wing) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, open closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony with garden view.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs, guest wing) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, open closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with garden view.

VILLA STAFF:

House caretaker: The Spanish-speaking caretaker takes care of the villa to make sure everything works and operates properly. The caretaker may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
