Tout l'espace vivant au 2ème étage: 4 chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux de luxe ont chacun exactement ce dont vous avez besoin. Ralentissez et savourer la rivière, les montagnes, les aigles et plus pendant que vous griller sur le barbecue de la prime de la plate-forme enveloppante. La cuisine gastronomique, foyer au gaz, un système stéréo et un bar avec machine à glaçons sont parfaits pour se détendre, amusant et divertissant familial intérieur.

Notre emplacement est à mi-chemin entre Anchorage et Homer pour la pêche d'eau salée. Great house. Close to where we wanted to fish. It’s by the river but can’t really fish there. Took ferry across and fished there. Host was really nice and very responsive. Would love to come back and stay again one day.

Second time staying here and love it

Very conveniently located in Cooper Landing. Beautiful view of the Kenai river. Tons of room for groups. Large and handy kitchen. Can't wait to be back.

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed a 10-day Alaska family vacation in Cooper Landing. The house was wonderful in its accommodation and location on the Kenai Peninsula. Would highly recommend!

Very nice home, beautiful scenery, & the location was perfect for us. We watched fishermen, bears, eagles, ducks, moose, float boats & enjoyed the local shops & establishments very easily with our vehicle. We would definitively stay here again.. Thank you!!

5 star in all respects. Large space, bathrooms and showers up and down. Clean and the basement was a real plus for all your extra gear like fishing equipment. Has everything you need , all updated furnishings , one of the best properties we have ever rented.

Cooper Landing Wedding

Our stay at the bunkhouse was wonderful. It’s a beautiful location with great windows looking out on the Kenia River. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the large gourmet kitchen. It has everything you need for cooking and serving a family plus! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Property and experience was fantastic! Home was exactly as seen in photos. Host was incredibly friendly, helpful and provided great local recommendations. Conveniently located for river fishing and many restaurants within a mile. Home had everything we needed! We’d all stay here again!

Perfect layout, stunning location!

We stayed at this well appointed house for over a month for a job in the area. Outstanding views of the mountains, kenai River and eagles nests. Quality construction and furnishings, very clean. Thank you very much Madison. Excellent communication with our host Bruce.

Great place

This home was perfect for our family of 5 and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The kitchen was filled with everything possible. Great location for some fishing in the area and day trips to Seward. The marker number for the house was a bit hard to find as it was hidden in leaves and the rooms got quite warm at night, fans would be nice to have on hand. Also, we rented fishing gear but didn't have a place to hang waders to dry, that would be a nice addition as well. Other than those suggestions, this place was perfect and clean.

Fishing trip

There were four of us. We each had our own space, which was super nice when half of the party was going fishing at 4 in the morning. The house had everything! It was clean, comfortable, and worth the price.

Kenai vacation

The property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We loved the deck and the views after long days fishing, and sightseeing. The property manager was wonderful and could be reached at a moment's notice. The owner was very gracious and invited us to enjoy a snack and an evening drink on his deck which provided gorgeous views of the river. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the Kenai River.

Fishing in Alaska

The trip was a graduation gift for our twin boys from High School. Another family also joined us once we told them what we were doing. This is my 15th year of comming to Cooper Landing, but staying at at resort all other times. This place, by far, is the best idea ever. It was like walking into your second home. Set up well for the fisherman or sight seer alike. We will be returning to this property again....working on dates with my boys and the other family.

Great accommodations and supplies. Very clean. Only a couple issues - there is really no river access and that was an issue for the friends that thought they'd be fishing from the bank and the 2nd bathroom in basement was an issue. Twin beds for 2 couples wasn't the best for us but that's my fault for not catching that in the description. There is 1 double bed. Deck was wonderful to watch wildlife and great views!

Perfect in Every Way

5 Stars aren’t enough to describe our time at the Bunkhouse! My husband, son, and I spent a week at the Bunkhouse. The house has everything you need and more. Ample space, amazing kitchen, and gorgeous views all in the great little town of Cooper Landing. Its the perfect location to explore all the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. Danette and Bruce were awesome to work with. If you want a great guide for fishing the Kenai call Adam at 5 Dogs Fishing! This might have been our first trip to Cooper Landing but it won’t be our last. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Beautiful property

The property managers Danette and Adam make this property even more enjoyable! Can’t begin to say enough great things about them , they are kind hearted people who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay and go out of their way to do anything to make that happen. The house is beautiful and modern , all the beds are comfortable and it is stocked with high quality linens and towels. The views of the river are incredible! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. I also highly recommend booking your fishing trips with Danette and Adam they far exceeded our expectations and showed us an amazing time on the river that we will never forget. Our group ranged in ages from 6 to 83 and they took time to make sure everyone had an amazing time and learned how to fish ! 5 dogs fishing is amazing!

Well appointed cabin in great central Kenai Peninsula location for fishing on the Russian and Kenai Rivers. Six of us had plenty of room with the four bedrooms with eight beds and two full bathrooms. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided including all modern kitchen appliances (with extra large island gas cooktop), cooking utensils and condiments, barware, linens and towels. A large freezer and vacuum sealing system, and an outdoor fish cleaning area were provided to process the fish we caught on the Russian River which is less than five miles away. For the few times we were not fishing or sightseeing, the medium sized flat screen tv and selection of DVDs and stereo system provided us additional entertainment. Caretakers Seth and Abby were very helpful. Seth provided great fishing advice and Abby made us fresh cookies for our arrival. Both helped us with day-to-day issues and were there when we needed something. I highly recommend staying at this cabin.
