Lovely Leffler Lodge - 2 BR Sleeps 6

Bright and cozy pet friendly 2 bedroom, lower unit of a duplex on a beautiful corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for traveling families with pets. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two has a bunk-bed with full size futon on the bottom and twin on top. Convenient laundry room, large kitchen, dining room with workstation, and living room. Located one block from downtown West Burlington shops and restaurants and our local shopping mall and movie theater.

I’ve done my best to include everything you might need during your stay. Right down to laundry essentials that are available for use in our laundry room just off the kitchen. Both bedrooms come with clean bedding as well as extra’s in the closets.

The large kitchen is great for cooking and fully equipped for you to cook pretty much anything. The bathroom is very bright and clean , and the smart TV comes with Netflix.

The space has its own dining room as well as a private desk / work space. The private mud room is a great space for pet stays as well as storing extra luggage etc. while traveling. There’s off street parking practically at the front and back door of the house. The front deck is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is known for being a safe one. It has lots of natural light and really is just a wonderful home that we love very much! We know you will too.

The house is a large duplex and your access is to the lower half of the home. Please use side entrance of the home marked “Leffler Lodge” during your stay with us. I will forward a code for entry on the day of your check in.

West Burlington is a quiet and very charming neighborhood. The small town vibes makes it feel much more like a neighborhood than an actual tiny little city. Either way, it's lovely, and full of lots of other cute little residential homes are nestled together creating a very "Mayberry" like experience when visiting.
