In addition, it has 2 single sofa beds and single beds adaptable to a double bed, so you can accommodate yourself according to your needs. This loft is located in a privileged area of the city, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions such as the famous Chinatown. The building is located just 600 meters from the Mas Monumental stadium of River Plate, where shows by great artists are held as well as soccer matches of the River Plate team itself and the Argentine National Team.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
