Située à côté de Cedar Pond, un lieu idéal pour la pêche, cette maison offre toute l'intimité et la commodité dont vous pourriez avoir besoin tout en profitant de vos vacances à Cape Cod. Marchez jusqu'à Main Street et la piste cyclable à moins d'un kilomètre ou à vélo pour vous rendre à la magnifique plage de Skaket, à seulement 1,6 km! Cette maison a un cadre très privé avec seulement une autre maison dans la petite rue conviviale et familiale. L'intérieur comprend un grand salon avec télévision par câble et porte coulissante, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas et une salle de bain complète rénovée. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size et une unité de climatisation, la deuxième chambre a un autre lit queen-size et une unité de climatisation, et la troisième chambre dispose de lits superposés. What a wonderful cottage!!! Location is PRIME. Would recommend 10/10. No on site laundry but the laundry mat in town is clean and affordable.

Great location, well equipped, could be cleaner

Cottage is nice and in a great location. BBQ works great. Living room has a lot of couches and a nice ceiling fan. Kitchen is well equipped with a lot of pots / pans and some spices. The place could be cleaner -- would benefit from a deep clean and more focused cleaning after each guest. It's a little musty in there and there were a lot of spiders inside. Overall we had a nice time. Quick trip to provincetown. Bay beaches nearby are really nice especially at low tide when you can walk very far out. Ocean beach is also nice. Watch out for google maps sending you to "Nauset Beach" up in Eastham instead of the one in Orleans. You can walk to Ice cream cafe. I recommend the fruit flavors like peach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in this Orleans cottage. Property was clean and ready for use when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, option to sit inside or outside was great, bathroom spacious, and having an outside shower was a bonus after spending the day at the beach. The bonus family room was quite large and a fun place for the family to watch a movie together. We brought our dog along for the week and the property has a comfortably-sized yard along with easy to access walking areas nearby. We often walked into town (~5 min) to grab a cone or coffee. We also were within a couple miles of Skaket or Rock Harbor which were a beautiful run or bike ride in the early mornings. We enjoyed attending a playoff baseball game in Orleans and ate at several restaurants including Bella Vita, a taco place, and hit the nearby market for food. Mini-golf was a short bike ride and the rail trail was quite close to the cottage as well which allowed us to ride all the way to Wellfleet. Our family enjoys surfing so we went out to Wellfleet to Marconi Beach though Nauset Beach in Orleans would have been fun too. All in all it was a fantastic week. Thank you.

Great Location, No A/C in main living room

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing in Orleans. It was super walkable to the shops and bike path. The cottage was private as well which was great. The only thing that was a downer was that there was no air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom. Thankfully there were two window units in two bedrooms. This was listed in the description, however the living spaces and Kitchen were so open that they remained hot. We had great sunny weather- but it was also in the 90s some days which was difficult for us. We would definitely recommend this place if you don’t care as much about air conditioning or if you go down during a cooler time of year. We still had a good vacation and it met our needs.

Great fun at Orleans on cape cod

Rustic with a little bit of the old world lot of nice wood vaulted ceiling’s if you are looking for modern this is not your choice. When we arrived it was sparkling clean. Nice yard for our dog. The only thing they need is to add 6 or 8 tall drinking glasses. It was a great fun week

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was advertised to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer, it came with none of these! We rented for 3 weeks in part because it claimed to have these amenities. Had to waste our vacation time going to the laundry in town. The lighting in the house was VERY poor. Had to change out the ceiling bulbs in the kitchen so we could see. The property had poison ivy growing in various places including up through the ramp to the storage shed. There was no attempt to maintain the weedy spotty lawn. There was a broken limb hanging above the corner of the deck. Walking distance to downtown Orleans was very nice.

Cottage in the woods

The ad is misleading, there is NO washer/dryer. The property is okay for a vacation house. The outside is in needs a good cleaning. The inside of house was clean and everything worked as expected. The management company is very efficient. I wouldn't stay here again with no washer/dryer.

A comfortable cottage in a lovely setting. Everything we needed was there (except linens, which we were instructed to bring).
