Maison Wellfleet confortable et privée d'un niveau. Le plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds cathédrale et beaucoup de verre donne une sensation d'espace et de lumière au salon, à la salle à manger et à la cuisine. Une nouvelle t��lévision à écran plat dans le salon est une belle mise à jour. La grande terrasse autour du salon est un espace calme et privé pour profiter du plein air. Il est situé dans un bel espace privé à distance de marche des plages de Lieutenant Island. Delightful

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home. We typically stay closer to town, and really enjoyed the location. We love the layout of the house, the deck, and wonderful shower. The house had everything we needed and fortunately the weather was, but I can imagine it gets very hot without an air conditioner.

One week in Wellfleet

Enjoyed the marsh, the bridge to the island, and the cape. No real Problems. The rooms are nice, kitchen works well, there is room inside and out to relax at and the outdoor shower works very well. We heard owls at night

Great location!

Great spot - Easy access to all of the beauty and amenities that Wellfleet has to offer, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Set apart from other houses in the area, has a nice secluded feel. Check-in and check-out was simple and super-straightforward. One critique is that we all found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. Might just be our personal preferences?? - but I wonder if they could use upgrading.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house that we stayed in and found it clean and well stocked. The only thing about this location is there is a lack of privacy because of the houses on all sides, and lack of screening. This plus the plastic porch furnishings made sitting outside less appealing. Overall, the area is a lovely place to take walks and the house was spacious.

Third was absence of pads for porch furniture. Otherwise all was well.

Clean and well appointed. My only reservation for rebooking is that the house does heat up quickly and has limited air circulation (only one ceiling fan). Could benefit from being able to open high roof windows or AC.

Great home near Lieutenant Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely, wonderfully equipped, well cared for Cape home. Location is perfect for walking and biking to Lieutenant Island. Close to route 6 - cross for CCRT - and 2 minute car ride to Marconi while tucked away for a quiet, comfortable stay. Home, in true Cape Cod style, does not have air conditioning which could be challenging in high humidity; however, an array of room and ceiling fans provide comfort. Look forward to a future stay!

Wellfleet Peace and Quiet

Nice little house. While there were 3 bedrooms, we only used one. Which is good, since there is only one bathroom! The house had everything we needed, except a view of the water. Next time. It was comfortable, but had no A/C; not a problem for us since it was cool at night and the house has good screens. All and all, it had everything we needed.
