The house was clean and well supplied. The decks views were worth every penny and the location was great. However, the beds and pillows need to be updated/replaced. To have such a lovey home and view the hard beds took away from each of our guests enjoyment. My husband found sleeping on the couch (there are 3 couches which were comfortable) the only way to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, we very much loved our stay. The outdoor shower and bbq were fantastic! The garden and grounds were well maintained.

It is even closer to the water than it appears from the photos. Total relaxation, with two decks, one off the master bedroom and one off the dining room, both directly facing the water. Nicely landscaped, with beautiful gardens. The home and its furnishings have some quirks: The house has been updated over the years, leading to a confusing array of light switches and dimmers throughout that take time to figure out. The master bedroom has a queen bed, but could fit a king; the second bedroom has a double bed but could have a queen. Bathrooms are small. The video equipment is outdated and minimal: One small flat-screen TV piled on top of a DVD player piled on top of a cable box, neither of which is HD. On the plus side, the WiFi is solid, the central AC works well, and the kitchen is fully applianced, though dishes and cookware are a bit of a hodge-podge. And did I mention you can't beat the view?

Beautiful charmer in Cape Cod

Great place with beautiful water views and great indoor charm throughout. Very happy with choosing this home. Would like to see them to add an air conditioner to make the hot days more manageable during the middle of summer and softer beds. No AC made sleeping a bit tough in early July.
