Great location. Needs new living room furniture, emailed the host with no response, the parking was great the beach views were excellent and everything we wanted to do while there was within walking distance, we really enjoyed that.

The room overall wasn’t bad, the beach view was great and the unit felt spacious. But the navigation to the room and check in was very difficult and unclear also as we showed up too the room, the door handle was crooked. After checking in we noticed the water running in the bathroom and didn’t think much of it, but then maintenance showed up out of no where, when there was no communication from host to let me know if they were coming or not.

Room was clean, access to beach was great, pools were nice. Room had a musty mildewed smell but overall great for our stay.

Overall the stay was good. The water heater tripped twice and shut our water off. The condo is also listed on the market and had a showing during our stay we didn’t know was going to happen which would have been nice to be made aware of. Other than that it was good.

The place was just like the picture! This was our first family trip to the beach as a family of 5 with a 7, 3, and 2 year old. We had a great time and so did the kids! The only thing I would say is fix the door lock. With having littles that made us very nervous not being about to lock from the inside! The hook on the bathroom door was literally hanging on with a screw and kept falling when a towel or something would be hung up on it. Other than that the place was clean and very well kept. We will definitely be back!

2 out of 4 elevators stayed broke the hole time. We stayed Saturday to Saturday with family. They were not pleased either 4 different rooms and they will not be returning. This was my first time they have stayed every year for years now and we all agreed it was not worth the money parking is horrible had to call to call twice to get the water turned back on because the flood sensor was bad then come back from the beach to find someone came in the room with out us knowing and took the sensor. But the can’t check in until 4 but gota be out by 9 is ridiculous and a huge rip off.

It’s was a nice place. The only thing I would recommend is they replace the couch and they fix the issue with the water cause we had to call about it twice while we were there.

Beautiful view and Sea turtles

Our visit was great. By 9am we would see dolphins from the condo everyday. We also saw atleast a 300lbs loggerhead turtle seimming by on the beach!!

Condo Review

The condo was very nice. It was clean, organized and had everything we needed for cooking. The only thing that needs fixed it the door handle on the bathroom door to the master. The lock was broke. I highy recommend and would stay there again.

Fabulous Time!

Everything is as pictured. Clean with comfy beds and fluffy towels. Plenty of paper towels and TP to get you through until you make it to the grocery. Pools were never crowded, facility was clean and we enjoyed the sky bar as well as the tiki bar on the beach side pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This vacation rental provided a fantastic home away from home experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. The updated elevators were definitely appreciated. The only thing I would change is having a shorter room keycode. 10 digits is just too many!

Family vacation

Me, my husband and our 3 year old little girl stayed in this condo for a week. This was a great room! Very updated, super nice. We had other family staying in this complex and they were all jealous of our room! This is our favorite places to stay and now this is our favorite room. We will be booking this room again! Bed is super comfy, smart TV’s, and everything you would need.the check in process is also amazing, we booked through Vrbo and received our emails to check in and that is all! Thank you for a great week and we hope to be back next year! -The dews 2025

Thunder Beach Bike Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this one bedroom condo. Great location and easy beach and pool access. Room was clean and elevators were very quick which often is not in certain buildings. Everything worked and there were plenty of towels and sheets provided. Liked the convenience store across the street and some restaurants too. Ample parking across the street too.

Black Mold & No Refund

Our family arrived late the night of check in and immediately noticed the condo smelled dirty/musty. We went to bed and woke up nauseous with headaches and sinus issues. After looking through the condo we found a ton of black mold in both air vents (bedroom & living room). We reached out to the phone number provided for the stay and quickly realized the phone number was for a third party customer service line who could only suggest emailing the third party management company. They would not provide a phone number to the property manager, only an email. We called VRBO and were notified by them that since the payment had already been made, VRBO could not make the owner refund our stay. End result, the property manager would not acknowledge our request for refund, they only suggested we review their other properties or continue to stay in the mold condo after it had been cleaned. We did not feel safe continuing business with them due to lack of cleanliness in the original property rental. We had to go to another property and pay for a week somewhere else as we weren’t going to compromise our health and are currently working on getting our money back from this property. Hopefully this warning will help another family. We’re also hopeful the owner will reconsider our request for full refund.This review request didn’t provide an option to include photos. However, we do have them and it’s disgusting.
