CrĂ©er impressionnants souvenirs de plage d'Ă©tĂ© Ă  notre maison situĂ©e sur une grande plage de bloc Ă  Surf City, Ă  seulement 5 maisons de la plage (pas de rue Ă  traverser pour aller Ă  la plage). La maison est une grande famille unique ou rĂ©sidence familiale Ă  plusieurs, avec une zone avant clĂŽturĂ© et vĂ©randa au premier Ă©tage et grande terrasse sur l'unitĂ© supĂ©rieure. La maison est magnifiquement entretenu et soignĂ©. Parc dans l'allĂ©e et se dĂ©tendre ... pas besoin de revenir dans la voiture. À quelques pas de boutiques, mini-golf, restaurants, pharmacie et plus. La plage est magnifique avec, bien damĂ©es sable et de la vie gardes mous. Vous ĂȘtes notre invitĂ© (s) et notre objectif est de rendre votre expĂ©rience de vacances dans notre maison mĂ©morable afin que vous reviendrez annĂ©e aprĂšs annĂ©e, tout comme beaucoup de nos familles dĂ©jĂ  faire. Pleasant Week

Great for two arthritic seniors. Quick beach walk for the wife and quick food and drink walk for me. The one true bathroom was no impediment for an old married couple.

Well maintained property only 5 houses from the beach- NO streets to cross. Beach was great!

Owner (Dan) was great- calling at the beginning and end of our stay, making sure any of our questions were answered and we felt at home! Everything was clean and well maintained, it was walking distance to everything, from the beach to mini golf, to restaurants and deli's. Kids rode bikes, enjoyed arcades, did some fishing and surfing!! Great family atmosphere, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation- with a comfortable and cozy feeling of being at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It’s very clean and comfortable. You also cannot beat the location! Everything is very well laid out in the house. You also can see the care the owners take in their beach house. They also make you feel extremely welcome! We loved it! It was perfect for our family. Short walk to beach

My fiancé grew up staying on 16th street, so being able to stay a little ways away and walk five houses to the beach was perfect for us. The five and dime, mini golfing and coffee houses (oh, and ice cream!) are a short walk away, as well. We stayed in the top of the house, which had a nice deck to sit on and you could hear the waves!

Dan and Lisa's beach house

Dan and Lisa were wonderful, we all loved the delicious Apple pie as a nice welcoming gift. The home was very inviting, cozy and felt like home, plus the proximity to the beach was perfect! We are looking forward to coming back next year!!

Cozy comfy & perfect location!

Dan & Lisa are the best host -they left us a delicious pie when we arrived and respond super quick to any questions! The house is so comfortable and cozy and the location is amazing! Loved minting coffee on the adorable porch! We would absolutely rent again!

Perfect Place Steps from the Beach

My kids and I loved Dan and Lisa's incredibly comfortable home. It had everything we needed including a very well-stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We frequently grilled and ate on the spacious deck. Obviously LBI is the perfect family vacation destination on the shore. And Dan and Lisa's place in Surf City is situated so close to restaurants and activities. We had an awesome week!

Perfect place to stay

Steps away from beach. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, miniature golf. Park your car once you get there Don’t get back in till you have to leave. Always a great vacation!

Enjoyed our week in LBI!

We had a nice relaxing week. The unit was the perfect size for me and my family. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. We loved the short walk to the beach which was 5 houses away. We loved that shops, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf were a very short walk away. We would definitely stay there again!

Great week in Surf City

Can't beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Outdoor shower, washer/dryer access, big dining table, and comfy sofa in front of a TV with streaming services were all perfect for us. We will miss sitting on the front porch and enjoying the summer evenings.

great beach vacation

The proximity of this house to the beach, shops, restaurants is exceptional; even a wonderful Italian deli, Mario's, and an excellent fresh fish market, Blue Crab. We also met Lisa and Dan, the owners, who gave us a warm welcome to LBI with a delicious apple pie and a bottle of wine. Dan also immediately answered all of our texted questions. We would definitely return to LBI and this property.

Clean, Cozy, and On the Beach Block

Dan & Lisa were great hosts and were available to answer questions during our stay. They have beach passes as well as some beach chairs for guests. We were in the upper unit and enjoyed dinners on the large deck. Clothes lines to dry towels were very handy. All in all, it is a very cozy & comfortable beach house. If you are taller than 6’ 2”, ask Dan which unit would be best for you. My husband & son were just a couple inches short of ceiling height!

Perfect place for our family vacation!

We rented this house for a week in July for our family vacation. It was our first time in LBI as a family. The house was perfect for us. We had 3 small children, including a baby, and my mother with us as well. The house was clean, spacious, and so close to the beach! So convenient to go back and forth for our youngest daughter's naps. There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream places, and a great coffee shop all within walking distance. We also enjoyed playing mini golf right across the street. Amusements and more shopping are just a short drive away in Beach Haven. We liked that Surf City was quieter and away from all of the crowds. Dan was so easy to work with. He called to go over details before we came down and checked in on us when we got there to make sure everything was good. He and Lisa even gave us a welcome pie! I highly recommend renting this property for your vacation.

Surf City 3 bedroom

This was the perfect spot for our 1+ week vacation in Surf City. The property is extremely convenient to a lovely stretch of beach. Great restaurants and shops abound, easily accessible by foot, bike, or a short car ride. The apartment is comfy and well appointed. Dan was very accommodating of a few requests we had. We had a great time and will surely be back!

Comfort and convenience at it's best!!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house. It is close to everything! Very short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Super comfy furniture for relaxing in the evening. I highly recommend this great rental!

Fantastic!

This home is like a second home to my family and I. We recently spent a week there and had an awesome family vacation. You can park your car on arrival and never use it ! Perfect house / Perfect Location

I've been vacationing on LBI for 50 years on and off. As far as the house went, it's on the beach block so you're only steps to the beach. And being in the heart of Surf City, everything is only a short walk away. As for the house, the kitchen was very well equipped. Microwave, blender, lots of cooking equipment and barbecue tools. This is important to us because we like to save money by eating in as much as possible. Everything with the owners was smooth as well. We loved the welcome pie!

Great stay!

Had a great stay at this charming little house. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Location was ideal for our family - lots of shops, restaurants, mini-golf, etc. within walking distance. Wally's was great for breakfast and very family-friendly.

WHAT A GEM!!

We just returned from a GREAT stay at this house!! We stayed upstairs and found it very clean and welcoming when we got there. Dan called and made sure we were all set and comfortable and we really were!! The location is perfect. We only needed the car one morning, otherwise we walked everywhere. And since i have seen it mentioned on other reviews of other homes, i will mention that the water pressure was great... Thank you Dan for a great stay, we will be in touch soon for next year!!
