You will find plenty of seating for all in the living room which features a brand new Sony 65 inch smart lcd tv and dvd player with assorted movies. The leather recliner with heat and massage functions is sure to be a favorite for the guys. On the balcony, there’s comfortable seating to relax and watch the sunset. In the kitchen, if you choose to cook and eat in during your stay, there are newly installed appliances, and the unit is well stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare your best meals. The dual function Keurig coffee maker accommodates both k-cups and traditional style of your favorite brewed coffee. The master bedroom is gorgeous, painted in a soft relaxing beach color with a beautiful new accent wall. You will wake up to the best view of the beach in a comfortable king sized bed. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Coral Reef and have stayed many times before but not in this particular unit. It was clean and had what we needed. My sons liked that they had their own bedroom and bathroom. We liked that we could use the stairs or elevator any time. Although we found the elevator could use some kind of air flow...it was miserably hot and usually had an unpleasant odor. The lobby was clean however one morning the boys went to fish around 7 am and the doors were wrapped in chain and padlocked....which seemed odd if the security guard was on duty. We enjoyed the 2 pools being close also. However we could rarely use them because there wasn’t enough room when multiple people are floating on giant rafts...which is clearing states many places aren’t allowed. We also witnessed many unsupervised kids rough housing in the evenings and moving things around. Over all we thought there should be better policing around the pools. We had beach chairs included in the price of our condo and used them daily, however many days depending on when we arrived at the beach there were others in Our chairs and became angry when we said that we had them reserved for our stay. This leads to more people using giant tents and canopies on the beach. For the most part they kept the canopies etc behind us but there were a few families who literally set up 6” from your chairs. Everyone is entitled to their beach time but when someone’s music is so loud you can’t even have a conversation with your family, it’s too loud! This occurred daily. We loved the resort and the rental and will definitely be back.

Carpet is old and has not been thoroughly cleaned under furniture and around edges, etc. couch has board under cushions to have a firmer sitting. Beds are ok. Second bedroom is fine. No windows were able to be open. Lots of things stored from owners in closets and armoire.

This was our first time staying in Unit 304, and this condo has been recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was so clean, and there is new furniture throughout the entire unit. The entire process from booking to check out was so easy and simple. The staff was super helpful with anything we needed. The unit is located close to the elevator, and there is quick access to the beach and pools. The gulf view from the balcony, master bedroom and den is absolutely stunning! We can't wait to go back!

Needs Updating and Deep Cleaning

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked in and it looked ok. Then we see the air return was full of dust on the outside grid. The baseboards were also very very dusty. Then at shower time, mold and mildew was yuk. Both comforters didn’t have a fresh smell! All was reported to management and was advised linens were clean and baseboards were scheduled during deep cleaning in off months. I sprayed a lavender essential oil spay for a temporary fix. Then on the third day, while doing a load of towels, the washing machine broke. Management did brought us more towels and use of their laundry room. $400 a night...would not stay again. But the management did try to accommodate for the washing machine.
